Price and ease of use on the website. The person was there on time for us to pick up our tickets. Unfortunately we were there @ 2 pm and left to get warm. Went back at 2:30 and girl was waiting for us. Very pleasant. My husband got a text letting us know she was there but not after she had to wait till we got back. I felt bad for her it was cold waiting outside
