Borghese Gallery Skip-the-Line Tickets

The organization was great! We spent wonderful hours in Rome and could rely on the bus at all times. The visit to Villa Borghese was particularly uplifting. Here, too, everything was perfectly organized!

Avoiding the queue of more than two hours when I wasn't sure if I had a ticket was the best thing of all! I also found it easy to pay, book and meet the people who gave me the ticket. Everything was great!

The guide was on time and we were early which allowed us to get an earlier time slot. The only shame was that only 1 floor is open and we didn't get any notification of that and still paid full price. The gallery itself is beautiful! Highly recommended. And personally one of the most beautiful things we have seen in Rome/

We ware glad that it was more quiet than the awfull crowd in the Sixtine Chapelle. There were good qaulifided guids and good information.

The top floor of the venue was not open due to refurbishment at the Gallery. More than half the items to see were on this floor. No mention was at any point made of this, not did the ticket price represent the fact that we were only able to see half of the collection. Surely there should have been a reduction in price to compensate.

In my case, the service consisted of having bought the ticket to avoid the lines and take advantage of the time, and the goal was achieved, the girl who helped me to give me the ticket was very valuable, fortunately she spoke the necessary Spanish and that was invaluable. The gallery, a marvel.

A very beautiful museum experience but the staff is just really unfriendly, no explenation how the audioguide works, any questions : you get your nose bit off! You just have to figure it out yourself.

Great unforgettable experience! One of the most beautiful villas! Splendid fantastic collection! Wonderful park with incredible panoramic views of Rome!

This was a last minute purchase, because the entrance to this stunning gallery is very limited. But I kept trying everyday during our two weeks in Rome, and suddenly one day it showed a couple tickets available for the next day. Thank you Head out, the whole experience with the person that met us was smooth. Visiting Borghese Gallery was one of the highlights of our trip. The most beautiful art gallery in Rome.

Had no idea how many famous artworks and sculptures are just there, in the open on display. Fantastic experience all around

Good morning I had'paid' 1 ticket to the Villa Borghese and I understood that by booking the partner (in this case : my husband) did not have to pay (because on your web site it talks about the "partner" for free) so ...When I arrived at the Borghese Gallery his contact explains that he can only give us one (1) entrance ticket although we are 2 (husband=partner and I) His contact after understanding the misunderstanding (on my part) kindly gave us the second ticket for free So : THANK YOU very much and see you next Greta Colpaert

Very kind and welcoming attitude. The representative welcomed us before entering the booked excursion and told us all the necessary information.

It was very easy to access the tickets and the experiences were great. It was easy to find the guide to get the Borghese tickets as well

Villa Borghese è splendida! Il biglietto fatto con headout ci è stato consegnato all'ingresso dagli accompagnatori...che poi sono andati via, pensavamo fosse una visita guidata e invece no. Comunque il servizio è stato puntuale.

Beautiful museum with great pieces, but it's a shame the lighting is so bad. Almost impossible to admire a painting without getting reflections...

Ordered tickets and picked them up in front of the entrance. The personal host did not introduce himself to us. Just a lady who handed us the tickets.

It is always a pleasure to enjoy the beauty of Rome, which appears magical in every expression with so much history to feed on and works of art ....non a visit is enough because it is so much and should be enjoyed time after time

I very much appreciated the possibility of buying entrance tickets on a day when the Museum gave them sold out, however, in the selection it was written "with accompanying person" while in reality the visit was not guided, so having paid for the ticket twice its real value is, in my opinion, not justified.

Hello, We paid for the tickets 2 times!!! The first time we booked in November 2023 for 4 tickets and two weeks later we received an email from Headout telling us that our reservations were cancelled even though we had already paid, and announcing that we would be refunded! But we were never reimbursed! And we had to rebook for the same time and day. So we paid twice! We would now like to be reimbursed for the first 4 tickets that were paid for but cancelled.
