Tickets to Buckingham Palace State Rooms

I loved the tour and some of the predesignated places we had on our tour. The staterooms were amazing. My tour guide was good but made disparaging comments about LA and California during the tour. My fiance and I are from San Diego and found this offensive, unrelated to the tour in London and biased. She knows nothing of where our political attitudes lie and obviously knows nothing about California. I hope in her future tours she will remain more detached from her personal feelings and opinions and stay on the focus of the tour in London.

Great opportunity to visit the Palace and have first hand experience of such a wonderful and historic building. Stunning architecture.

What happened is that nowhere did it say that it was in English, and we spoke Spanish, so we did not understand anything of what the guide said, until we entered the palace and they gave us the palace guide with options in Spanish.

Very well organised with very helpful Palace staff. Was disappointed with the choice at the on site cafe and felt the staff and facilities there did not reflect the customer service I'd expect from the venue

Good experience - amazing place But after we walked thru the gardens to exit we were not sure which direction to go. It was a bit confusing but a lovely tour.

Fantastic to see Buckingham Palace with such an easily booked ticket online from home. The trip went extremely smoothly, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

Ticketing worked as expected. No problems. We enjoyed getting to see some of the rooms in the palace and the royal carriages in the Mews.

The ticketing arrangement was a bit of a shameless, but once we through All that, everywhere was stunning. Disappointed more of the garden wasn't open

The tour of Buckingham Palace State Rooms exceeded my expectations. So smoothly organized and so much to see, even the Coronation robes, pages' outfits, etc. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the experience of the palace , bit disappointed about the cafe as the service was very slow. The price for small things were over priced for their value. There was also an issue with the tickets when we wanted to download and print them , it took a number of attempts to complete.

Going to Buckingham Palace has been a dream of mine since 1981 when I saw the Royal Wedding. It was everything I imagined and more! I couldn't recommend it enough. It made our trip to London complete.

Ticket booking was easy. Worked perfectly. Buck House is amazing. To think in who's footsteps you are treading. A memorable day out. I fully recommend doing it.

This week in London was outstanding really, we visited all the major museums Britisch, National, Tate, Tower of London, kew Gardens, ....all beautiful and well organized

This was a very great experience with my family. We have seen in photos and videos and now seeing it real. It was amazing to see where the monarchy lives and runs Great Britain. There were many beautiful paintings reflecting the history of England.

You could take as long or as short a time as you liked. The recorded guides were excellent and extremely informative. Pleasant way to spend a few hours.

I used up a voucher I got from missing a previous event in Amsterdam so used it to go to Buckingham Palace instead. It was easy to pick up tickets at the alloted ticket office. We got a head set with commentary of things to see and objects of interest . My autistic son loved that. Afterwards we had coffee and Victoria sponge . We spent 2 hours there it was lovely to see the coronation clothes of both the king and queen up close.

Having attended a Garden party a few years ago we wanted to see some of the other rooms. Good experience with getting tickets and entrance

We were taking the kids as we had seen it before, It was well organised and interesting for the kids. The only downside was the garden café, 1/ bees were all over the sandwiches and cakes on display, so I ordered 2 afternoon tea’s expecting them to be like the ones we have on the Cunard’s ships, that is a range of sandwiches, cakes. and scones. These came in two boxes one containing something that you may have for appetisers but were not very nice, and the second box with very small cakes and a small scone. If the King has afternoon tea hope he gets a better selection. 2/ the disposal of waste was two islands in the middle of the café with people having to side at the side of these. These were very un-hygienic. have they had a health and safety inspection?

Ticketing was easy. The palace looked great, chandeliers was amazing. After seeing the crown and the comments from Jackie Kenney I don't know what I was expecting but the palace looked amazing. Exceeded my expectations. Did not like the references to Queen Camilla instead of Queen Consort Camilla which I believe is her official title.
