This option should not be part of your offer, as it is not provided by the Alacazar site. The guide had another group an hour later, so the guided tour didn't last long.

The guide was very friendly and competent. The meeting point was clear. Excellent experience in this extraordinary place.

The experience was great! Ismael is a great guide, lots of information in a fun way! The only problem was that I bought the tour for 3pm and around 12pm they called me saying that I was late. Luckily I was close to the meeting point and I was able to meet the group.

Our guide Javier was very knowledgeable and able to provide a good overview of the Alcazar as well as adding lots of interesting details to help us memorise the Alcazar's complex history. In addition Javier gave us a really good introduction to the artwork and craft of the Moors. Javier was engaging and supplemented the tour with lots of anecdotes.

Great detail in the discussion, the guide knew her stuff, making this incredible place even more interesting. Other support like toilets or the imminent closing of the gardens we had to figure out ourselves, so plan accordingly. There is a toilet inside the Alcazar you can get to at tour start despite being told it was only at the end, just so you know. Earpieces worked great.

The only downside: on your site it's announced that the guide will be on site with a blue umbrella, but in fact he's with a...red flag! As a result, we had to question each guide on site to find out who was going to accompany us!

The palace is a great example of tolerance and acceptance between religion. Beautifully constructed with many interesting details, definitely a sight to visit with a good guide.

Guide was knowledgeable and understood and com unilaterally the history well. She was patient and answered the questions as best as she could. She moved us along without creating a rushed feeling.

Absolutely the best way to see the castle - no line up! We called the agent enroute to meeting place & she was so patient with me!

Our guide was lovely, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Audio was poor and made it difficult to hear (the earphones were not as good as those supplied from elsewhere and there was a lot of static). The place itself - staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Maps and signage was poor or absent eg it was hard to find our way out. I would hesitate to recommend a visit to this place and I would consider going with an audio guide or maybe after reading up about the place if I visited again.
