Universal Studios Japan 1 Day Studio Pass

The pass made all the difference in almost eliminating wait times. Nintendo World was our favorite. Amazing cute food in that land. I expexted it to be crowded on Halloween but the pass and the way the staff organized the crowds made the experience a great one.

Good experience. Bla bla bla, app work offline, bla bla bla why i need to write at least 50 words, anoying , bla bla bla anyway, would use It again.

Universal Studio was a hit for the kids. Obviously overcrowded and overpriced like every amusement Park in the world... Queues for rides: very long but if you ride as "single" instead of a group you save a lot of time. Queues for the food: way way too long! We basically did not eat for the entire day because we did not want to waste 1 hour in a queue for a questionable hot dog. (We bought overpriced cookies from one of the hundreds of stores, instead). Super Nintento World: A M A Z I N G!!!! Although obviously a rip-off I recommend to buy the bracelet, you can earn coin and power ups and access extra rides. It was a blast.

There was too much people and we had to wait a long time for each ride, long time for having lunch and even to by a bottle of water. We expected more attractions and less commercial premises. Thank you for your interest.

So much to do and see. The 4D rides were awesome, especially Harry Potter: the Forbidden Journey. We would love to come back again!

Universal studios was good and the act of but ng the ticket was simple enough, just the information of the pricing versus the date could have being giving in advance.

The options at the park for vegetarians or people that do not eat pork were very limited. Even the some dishes labeled with chicken had little pieces of pork in it. That was kind of disappointing as the food is very central to the experience. And since we can not re enter the park, eating outside was not an option either. :(

The process was simple effective and professional from start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed our day at Universal studios

Flying dinosaurs and Harry Potter rides were amazing! Being able to cut the line was amazing. Gave us time to go shopping before our rides without being stuck in the line

Very crowded and long queue everywhere, no English subtitle nor English speaking for lost performance, not very clear for what rides it is before join the queue. Confusing to purchase ticket to see super Maria as no English description after scan the code

Easy online ticket purchase. The waiting time at the entrance was just a few minutes. The park was a big fun, it was an amazing day!

A lot of people, but we accessed to fast, the attractions excellent , the staff crew so kind, the park si beautiful in all its "lands"

The day was fantastic and fun The rides were short but very enjoyable, the staff were very friendly and attentive and every guest we past were also friendly The only negative thing I found was looking for seating in the shade on the hot day to relax before our time slot for supper nintendo world But you made it a very memorable Birthday and I really enjoyed it

Rally nice experience at the universal studios Osaka. I recommend to buy the express ticket as you can avoid to much time.

Excellent all the location... I really just wanted to go and see Mario Bross World we tried to pay for the extra pass and they never let us... they said it was by lottery and when we got there they told us it didn't apply. So my experience was not at all satisfactory for that reason.

The overall experience was very nice. Some attractions were not functional when we were there but thats to be expected. In general I think the explanation about timed entry tickets is not extremely clear for tourists, especially when buying tickets originally. I found out in the park I couldnt go to hogwarts because I had already been to Nintendo world. I could have read that before but after investing quite some time it still wasnt too clear to me. In general though, we had a very nice time!

What I like the most in Universal Studios was the Harry Potter World and The Flying Dinosaur (roller coaster of Jurassic Park). The ticketing experience with headout was bad because I had a problem to open the tickets and I had to talk with Help Center two times to solve that.

Harry Potter was a nice experience. Very nice building, nice ride, nice experience at Ollivander - although my daughter was invited to play the role, she was given a wand and when we got out, we were given a note that the wand is not a gift and we have to pay quite a lot of money for it. That was wierd and unpleasant and I felt like you were taking advantage in the kid's emotional experience. Waiting time was huge, overall it was like 95% waiting time and 5% game time on a wednesday. Overall an okish experience, but definitely not a good value for the money spent.

The maneges and the world of this park are great. We had a lot of fun and a lot of laughs. But the first thing we'll remember about this adventure is every employee we met, who were extremely pleasant, kind and full of good humor from all the trades! Thanks again!
