The place is very well maintained, tidy, and clean. The audio guide is really well done and very user friendly. The staff are very friendly. The only negative point is that I would have expected to find more information about the life of Princess Diana. The park is also very well maintained and I found it very beautiful despite it being February. The bus to get there is also very convenient. Weather: it's not true that it always rains in London...

Kensington Palace is the third Royal palace we have visited and everything about it was terrific. The free audio guides are excellent. The room guides are so knowledgable, informative and amusing. The house certainly feels like a palace but also manages to feel lived in and homely. A great visit and the app from Headout was so easy to use.

Ever time I visit London, I make it a point to sto in Kensington Palace so view what's on display. This year I came by to see the wardrobe. The display and history behind the lovely gowns was excellent. I really enjoyed everything, including walking through the rest of palace.

Better than the Buckingham Palace tour. It helps if you watched "Victoria" on PBS. Great self paced audio tour of the palace and gardens. Make sure you go to the sunken gardens by the cafe and see the Princess Diana statue.

The three tours (King's, Queen's and Victoria's childhood apartments) and the "dress code" exhibition are interesting. On the other hand, I didn't like the self-congratulatory tone of the commentary on the audio-guide, which I took in English. The restaurant offer could have been more extensive, but the setting is pleasant and the store fairly well-stocked.

Due to the flight delay I asked assistance if the tour could be rescheduled, was denied as this was not possible, and offered a 25% refund of the ticket. I repurchased the tickets for a later time (same day) I went to the tour and found that the times indicated were not binding (so the original ticket was still valid!). Bad service. I will not purchase any more experiences with Headout, much less recommend it to friends/acquaintances

The issue I had was not stated - I booked a ticket under the wrong type accidentally and immediately contacted the customer service support team for help to rectify the issue. I was told they could not help, even though I had only just purchased the ticket. I had purchased 4 tickets all together and still wanted to go to the experience but was told the one ticket could not be changed. This was terrible customer service and Headout need to be more accommodating for customers. I will not be using your services again.

It was interresting: the Queen Jewels, the appartments. A bit expensive, but it is because we are from Paris and prices are lowers. We were surprised by the simplicity of royal appartments, comparing to the luxuary of Versailles and Fontainebleau, at Kensington the pieces are not very larges. The room is small, dinner room is very tiny. It is hard to imagine such an important queen living in this part of Palace. But what a beautifull lady was queen Victoria. So noble and pretty too. We admire her very much.

Purchasing our tickets online was quick and easy and the tickets were emailed immediately, but also available online straight after checkout. The tour was extremely interesting and the included audio tour a great help in providing lots of detail. A very enjoyable experience. The cafe was good, but high prices as seems to be the norm in London.

It was a very good experience, I went with my 17year old son who needed quite some persuasion to take part. In the end it was a fun experience. The Audio-Guide is very entertaining and the tours are not too long. Very family friendly. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Entrance with the online ticket was without any waiting involved.

We didn't love the contemporary exhibition at all. Kensington Palace stands for the memory of lady Di. The're was nearly nothing that could be linked to the memory of Lady Di. You have to go to the nearby garden to see the statue to make the connection to Lady Di. Very disappointing.

The Queen Victoria artifacts, the beautiful grounds and our tea experience at the Pavillion were wonderful to see. While there were some amazing old couture, the modern couture distracted from seeing the state rooms and appreciating the palace's ambiance.
