The guy commentating had a great sense of humour with some good one liners i.e. the beach/research . TBH I definitely would prefer this than the pre recorded commentary, be aware he advised passengers to get the APP to listen to commentary and also in different languages. The boat was clean and very smooth sailing, loads of space on our trip.
The only reason I didn't give it 5* was the cost of the drinks but it was my choice whether to pay it or not I suppose. Would go again. My grandson loved it.

The onboard commentary was very good. I think it would be a good idea to have a digital way to tip the guy who did it cos most people don't carry cash these days

Well-marked departure point, Westminster/Greenwich cruise started on time, pleasant and competent staff, spacious boat, interesting and humorous English commentary, small downside: dirty windows, had to go outside to get unmarked photos.

The whole experience was overall great since I was able to be on the Thames and look at all the gorgeous architecture, but sadly from the seats inside the boat and not actually on top but maybe because of the weather. Also, I wished there was more commentary about which buildings were seen but I had luckily sat next to a tourist guide unknown to me and was able to hear such rich facts about the history ! Overall pricing is perfect and it's something fun to do.

I have been to London many times but I had never been on a "cruise" on the Thames.
The truth is that I really liked being able to see the city from the water.
With children it is a very pleasant experience.
Perhaps it is missed that the boat goes a little slower to appreciate the views.
Both embarkation and disembarkation went very well.

We loved the outward journey from Westminster to Greenwich, our pilot and commentator giving us lots of explanations and anecdotes with a lot of humor!
The return trip, on the other hand, was with a different captain, and he didn't say much.
