Lotte World Theme Park Tickets

Booked ticket without any problems. You have to exchange the QR code for a physical ticket. Only then will you get in. Park itself is beautiful and very cozy. Costs very little for our western standards.

It was great to be there, but some of the attractions were closed or needed a special pass for it, which we did not know about prior to our visit. And when we got there, we saw that there was a price for the two teenagers I went with, which did not have at Headout. So it was a pity. Otherwise, all good.

Booking was seamless and was able to secure magic pass tickets last minute. However, when I arrived at the venue to exchange the tickets, the file was corrupted and the staff only said to contact the sales agent. I messaged them via the chat feature which eventually resolved the issue by sending me a new file but I wasted almost an hour.

The setting, the atmosphere. It was impressive to see so many attractions in a covered space. The evening parade was magnificent.

We're French, we're spending 15 unforgettable days in Korea !!!! We came with our 16-year-old son. We often go to theme parks, whether in France like Disney Land or Asterix in Paris, or in Belgium like Bellewaerde or plopsaland or walibi. What we liked most, and what sets us apart from these other parks, is the diversity of attractions: the world of Lotte World is suitable for young and old alike. You also offer a wide choice of reasonably priced restaurants. The cleanliness of the premises and toilets is incredible. And last but not least, your staff is always available and very pleasant. Thank you for this wonderful experience. If we ever get the chance to come back to Korea, we'll spend a day at Lotte World.

Some rides were unfortunatly in maintenance to fix them

Great experience. Loved all the shows and the atmosphere. Sure to put a big smile on your face!

In our opinion the French connection was super awesome! Horror house was quite scary too haha.
