The Garden were beautiful, even in winter. To be able to be indoors surrounded by majestic jungles of plants & varieties were impressive. I hope to be back from Australia this year 2026 in spring to return & see it all in bloom. My favourite glass house content was the Australian one, the smell when you first enter was beautiful & calming. The original glass houses are beautiful structures & shapes.

Took my dad to Kew gardens for the day, we were lucky and the sun was out! It was a perfect autumnal day and the colours of the leaves were amazing! Highlights included the treetop walk ( thankfully there is a lift). The large greenhouse and the walk to the pagoda. There is currently an exhibition in the terperate greenhouse on sustainable fashion which I would recommend. My very favourite spot is watching the massive fish swimming under the water lillies in the Princess Diana greenhouse.

I loved how easy it was to get in; we were lucky to only have 2 people before us! Although a couple places were closed fro the time being, we enjoyed the glass houses and the (beautifully) endless walking. We already plan to come back when in spring so we get to see flowers blooming in the sunlight.

It is VAST. Very likely the most informative and educational outdoors trip in London and around and likely one of the best botanical experiences if not the best. The primary reason is the plants and exhibits have excellent stories and descriptions suitable for an expert à newbie or even a kid. The must watch is the Princess of Wales observatory for amazing switch in the maintained weather conditions as you move through the room and probably the most recent of the setups. The kitchen gardens also shouldn't be missed although both come at the end of the standard kew highlights walk if you were to follow that. Of do plan to spend enough time in the glass houses as there is some amount of walk between the key points and overall the cover most of the park. A full day would be necessary and possibly not sufficient to cover all primary spots unless you plan the order of tour, walking time and keep enough time for all. It has definitely got some great spots for kids but the walking around could be tiring. It has an excellent children park in the middle but including that can take a up a lot of time too. Most plant exhibits will close by 3pm unless it's the summer time I think so plan accordingly and start early.

Whether you or Kew Garden, I don't know, but web sites were confusing, not clear what comprised a ticket, seemingly not one with a picture which looked like a ticket! I don't want to download Apps I don't understand nor likely to use again. If I'd printed the 'Ticket' as on screen - and I want a hard copy, not happy with phones - it would have been two A4 pages or three A5. Ludicrous.

It was my second time to visit but the first one with my friend was during the COVID pandemic so most entries inside were closed including some snack bars. I was with my husband yesterday and we enjoyed it much: lush green, well-manicured array of plants species, fresh air to breathe, convenient and clean toilets, nice food and refreshments. Glitch was no one cared about cleaning the stained dirty food trays and there were no clean plates to put the salad, please do something about it. We have mobility issues and have only gone to about 3-4 sites so we will definitely come back.

I had the app downloaded and the ticket was not coming up no matter what I did. They ended up lettting me in without the scanable ticket. Just send the actual ticket or barcode to scan so people don't have to stand there hoping for the app to load their ticket. The Kew gardens was great, but I would recommend just buying the ticket when you arrive.

It took only a few extra second to check my booking, but everybody was helpful. The Garden is a really must-to-visit palace, but you need at least 4-5 hours, or more to see everything. Unfortunately couldn't visit the Pagoda, as it closed at 16:30. But loved every step of IT! 😍

Hi I called many times to help desk, one time got through but team was not resolving my issue with cut line so overall unhappy. I was booking tickets to Kew Gardens at 4 pm and entry was refused due to closure of Kew Gardens on that day and last admission was at also 4pm (in the ticket it was 07 pm closing time). So overall disappointed with the service as it is possible to buy a ticket without any correct information on entry times. Ref number 19063990

I loved the whole experience especially the Princess of Wales Conservatory as well as the Ghost leaf amongst other things. I was very intrigued and I wish I had gone round the whole garden maybe another time. The gift shop was also a good one, I got a pretty nice candle for a friend and the feedback I got was 'amazing'. I am definitely visiting again.

I don't recommend this site to anyone to book thickest from. As I have booked something by mistake, it was for the wrong day and I have contacted the customer service to deal with this, asked for a refund. They say there is a policy stating tickets are nonrefundable and there is nothing to do about it. I have not even used the tikes and had to buy new ones!!

We went on 19th July and there was a heatwave in london, it was so hot that our train halfway got canceled and we had to walk to the venue. We went to one of the attractions and it was so humid that we didn't even enter it. We paid for the whole experience but went back home without seeing it. According to me the guides over there should have warned us and the organisation should have not allowed to let customers book attractions that day. As other companies such as legoland had refunded tickets for 18th and 19th of july warning everyone to not come due to the weather. We were so dissapointed and my mother almost had a heatstroke. Kews gardens should have modified their experience according to the situation. We would like our money back.

I mistakenly booked the Kensington Palace at the same time as Q Gardens. Obviously I can't be into places at once. I contacted head out and they refused to change or refund my Kensington Palace ticket. So I did not get to see the palace and I lost money. The description said a "tour" round Kew Gardens but on arrival at the designated point there was no one there to meet us. On phoning your office she just confirmed we were in the right place and did not resolve our issue. I will not be recommending you based on this experience. Very disappointed as we have a lot of visitors and need to ensure tours happen as promised.

I arrived at the venue at 3:55pm whereas my booked time was 4pm. At the gate, I was told that I couldn't enter because the gardens are closed. I spoke with Bianca, the supervisor, who finally allowed us in. To my surprise on getting inside, the glass house was already shut, the surrounding area were being closed for maintenance. Since the glass house was the main aim of coming to the Kew Gardens, I decided to leave the venue within 15 minutes of my arrival. I am now making a formal complaint for a refund or a new entrance ticket so I can come back to see the glass house. I am a teacher and my plan was to film the glass house to be used for my lessons but helas it wasn't possible. I travelled all the way from Southampton in Hampshire, to be told by one of the door supervisors, to 'go back and come back another day'. I found Kew amazing. It was one of my best day out with my family I had in a long time. They enjoyed it too. We were 4 adults, a 9 year old and a 2 year old. The botanical plants and grounds were in top condition. I can smell the earthy notes of the tropical plants and fragrance roses in the gardens. We went on a warm sunny Sunday. We wandered at our own pace and also had refreshments. Our 2 year old found the grids in the floors scary. He kept saying it's scary, so we had to pick him up because he refused to walk on them. He soon forgot about the grids and was running up and down, smiling and chatting away.

We bought Oyster card at tourist information in Heathrow terminal 3 on May 21 2022. Because, they reccomended this card. At our last day, Jun 01, we visited underground station to return money from this Oyster card. They said our Oyster card was very old which we could not receive our balance, so that we could not pay back cash, 15 pounds, on our last day. We gave up to receive them. Please do not sell such old card to Tourist.

had problems completing purchase on line and thought payment hadn't gone through so purchased a ticket when I arrived at Kew (with a reduction because I am a member).Then I was told that the ticket had just been received on my son's phone. Kew advised I could claim a refund for the one I had bought on line using the reference number provided but I can't find where to make the claim. I did not find the any of the tiket purchase process at all user friendly, even though I have been used to on line shopping since long before the pandemic gave one no other option.

There is not easy reminder link about booking in Children's playground. We was happy to enter. There is too much queueing at the enterance. Maybe need to skip tickets issuing and make it able to enter with barcode reader when you book online. I came 9am and staff told me to go somewhere until 10 am. Luckily I stayed so I was 1st in the queue at about 9:30 am. Was in the gardens area about 10:15 - long waiting time. My joke "I am going to queue in the Kew gardens" became true.

Getting access to tickets took hours. Kept saying there was an error. Required two concession adults. Ended up with confirmation for one. I accidently booked the wrong day and was orginaly told no refunds or changes in times because i had given less than 24 hours notice - but I had booked less than 24 hours previous to the visit I accidently booked so of course I could not give 24 hours notice. Fortunately I spoke to a manager that changed the day so I will be using your service again. It is awful when no flexibility is given.

Nothing at all wrong with the booking process which was fine. However I thought by having your app on my phone my ticket would be available there, but when I got to the venue they said what showed on the app was not the information needed. I still had to go into my emails and hunt for the confirmation which acted as my ticket, holding up the queue behind me. It would be really helpful going forward if tickets for events were either available in your app or could be added to the Apple wallet to be quickly and easily accessible. Thank you!

It was an absolute disgrace we never received our entry tickets to Kensington Palace until 35mins after our time slot so didn't get in and they are refusing to give a refund. We also spent 2hours on the phone telling them about the situation and we ended talking to 3 different ladies who told us the same rubbish every time.
