Despite the reconstruction work taking place at the time I found that access to most of what I wanted to see and experience was retained. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would venture one suggestion : keep the different age sectors in mind when booking tickers, not everyone is tech savvy.

Oh this was so easy to book online. We spent a few hours here and could have stayed for the day but we had a flight to catch. The whole experience was special and those penguins!!!
Highly recommended and the price was more than reasonable. Just a lot of fun 😊

Everything was fine. Kids enjoyed a lot.
