Chao Phraya Princess Cruise with Dinner & Live Music

I really enjoyed the entertainment the singer was very interactive with the passengers on board :) Booking for tickets was a easy process and staff were friendly when booking in on the day of cruise.

It was our 15th anniversary night, and it was our best ever experience, the dinner was awesome tasty, the ambiance was superv and mini cake experience was best that made our night special, heartly thanks to the whole team 🙏❤️.

We were asked to come to Pear 4.But this wasn't the place you had to get the ticket. Lucky there was another family there who advised us. Also it's very crowded specially when boarding. We had a 3 year old child and it was very hard to navigate into the cruise.

Generally everything, we are vegetarian so alot of cruises didn't had veg option but this cruise did. And they went way beyond to make its dinner menu hit for the night. Every dish that i tasted was so so delicious. The entertainment was good. While having dinner and entertainment they also announced on any landmarks that we were passing by. Highly recommend this cruise.

Very gracious Thai staff who somehow manage to manage a hundred strong hungry Chinese Group Tour at an all-you-can-eat buffet. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the sunset and the view from the cruise. Food was decent. However, the ticketing experience can be enhanced. Purchasing the ticket online is hassle free, but when we got to the pier we didn't know we had to go to another area to get our tickets so that can be a bit chaotic especially when you're experience full occupancy on the boat.

It was a nice enjoyable night, the ticketing experience was a little bit hard as on the email sent the information said to go to pier 4 but then they said we had to go to the other side of ICONSIAM to check in and that area was very busy and hard to find

I did not expect too much from the ride but the food was better than my expectation. The music on the boat was really good. The singer sang from the beginning to the end and the selection of songs was excellent. For the money we spent on the trip, I strongly recommend this ride to have a sunset cruise in Bangkok. One thing I would ask the team to change is the process of getting the ticket. This was a little tricky as it took me a while to reach the ticket counter. I wish the website would have more detailed information on how to reach the ticket counter for future clients. Overall, the experience was great. Thank you.

Simply brilliant, very nice and friendly team on board. The buffet was great if you like Far Eastern cuisine. But I also found something I really liked. Nice live music and a great route. A little too short at 90 minutes. Next time definitely the 2 hour tour.

Ohh we loved everything about it, we were happy with the music, food, view, etc etc. The only thing we were unhappy about and it unfortunatley was at the begining, we did not like our seat. They said we could not sit at any of the seats we wanted. Finally, they did give us a better seat, but we did not know, we had to pick seats when we made reservation. So, that was a bit disappointing and it took away from our initial excitment, but overall the ship ride was good to great

Excellent experience once on board. Kind and courteous staff, good music, great food and overall a beautiful experience. But the process before boarding the ship could be better. A couple of pointers to Headout that I thought could make the service better: 1. The app mentioned to exchange the online QR code with tickets at pier 4. But there was no one there. If actual office location (inside iconsiam on ground floor) was provided properly on app, that would have helped 2. The online booking didn't mention (or give choice of) upper deck or lower. We of course were looking forward to upper deck experience, but we're given lower deck tickets. However it was so nice of the Chao Phraya Princess officials to change us to upper deck after request. Really appreciate the gesture. But once on board, it was exceptionally good experience.

The music was amazing. The boat was just the right size and we loved being along the railing. The food was delicious. We've been on several boat cruises and this was the best one.

Could have been managed with more focus on customer service while checkin and while making everyone wait before boarding the cruise boat

Hood part : Buffet and view of the river and cities. Bad part: Your check in process was very frustrating and confusing. Why do you required paper tickets when we already checked in online. It's a waste of paper and everyone's time.

Considering it's a DINNER CRUISE, the DINNER part is rather disappointing. The welcome drinks are merely overly sweet mocktails. The buffet dinner is overcrowded (of course, much of this is from the overly hungry public) and poorly replenished. We were warned about this and didn't expect a memorable gastronomic experience. As for the CRUISE part, although the scenery was beautiful, there needed to be more explanation of the sights.

Really nice cruise and quite good food at a nice price. The 90-minute check in wait at the dock wasn't great, but the cruise was worth it. We enjoyed it immensely. The boat went north to Rama 8 bridge, returned to ICS, then South to Asiatique and back. Good female vocalist and sax player to entertain. The assigned tables are a nice touch, and the foods were kept flowing. Highly recommended.

Smooth check in process, clean and beautiful cruise with nice sights and ambiance. Variety of foods, a choice for Halal and good taste of coffee too.

Food was very average, we order a drink and suddenly they open buffet and told buffet is only for 1 hour so eat it now, no time to enjoy drinks
