Big Bus: 24-Hour Hop-On-Hop-Off Tour of Sydney

Has some issues getting our third batch of tickets. One teacher had a JCB card, but the other two of us succeded the first time and couldn't get the last 6 teenagers. We ended up having to pay cash. The ride was great though. So not all love but there was an overall a good experience.

It was well worth the price, we had purchased a 48hr ticket. So accessible, easy to hop,on and hop off.We did a complete red route and blue route tour. On the 2nd round we stopped.off at what we wanted to see and explore.Wonderful experience. Get it when you are in Sydney!!!

We've used Big Bus in many places, and it's always terrific! And we'll continue to use it if it's available wherever we go!

It was an easy way to have a glance to the city marks. I whish there was more history on the bus audio instead of mostly music.

I had to canceled the experience coz my parents couldn't attend (unwell). As I couldn't get a refund for this unforeseen situation, I sold the tickets to another group. I hope they had a good time

I very much liked the narrator who explained the history about the buildings and other monuments. The experience with head out ticketing was also good.

It was great. The tickets were prepaid and sent via email/app. The buses were frequent and mostly on time. The audio commentary and music were entertaining, and the routes were handy to everything we wanted to see. No finding or paying for parking, calling ubers, or waiting around. A cost effective and fun day of travel in Sydney.

Overall it was a good experience, although in some areas it was very repetitive and the same area was passed several times. Staff and connections between the two routes worked well, but clarity of last buses needs to be clearer as concerned that we may miss the last bus ☹️

Great way to see a new city. Loved the fact that the stops were clearly signed. Good commentary. Loved the harbour cruise add on!

We liked being issued with a paper ticket. We did enjoy the commentary en route to Bondi and we're very sorry that only music was played on the way back to the city

No problem getting tickets online. Close bus stop to where we were staying. Enjoyed both. Routes start to finish. Saw many parts of Sydney previously not seen. Now need to do again to get off here and there when we come back again

I liked that in a tour of each route the tourist places are known, the only bad thing is the schedule that stops at 4 pm.

We've done a lot of the HoHo buses and this was one of the best. You get a good orientation around the city with info on places of interest - as you;d expect. Unlike some other cities, we found the commentary actually related to the sight that we were driving past and we were able to see what they were talking about. The staff at the various stops were helpful. There are 2 circuits so you get a tour of the city and another one going out to Bondi beach. The pics are taken from the bus as we went past things.

The whole tour was geat. However the drivers and the girl standing at the stop opposite the museum were outstanding. So friendly and helpful people. Thank you.

The Sdney city tour was one of the best hoo on hop off experienced we have had. Great engaging narration, great bus. We saw the city and learned so much! Thank uou!

It was a great way to see a lot of Sydney without walking/cabbing it around. The only problem we had was that a couple of the hop on/off points were not available due to streets being closed and it wasn't advertised on any websites or told to us when we got on the bus

Very informative took in all the sights. A good overview of Sydney. Excellent way to get around the city then walk back to the places where you want to learn more about.

Everything was great on Headout/ Hop on Hop off bus, we had a great time, sat on top of course and just enjoyed the two days of beautiful scenery & most of all, all the beautiful architecture of Sidney Australia, can't wait to visit again.

Lovely drivers. Well organised. Very informative. Great stops. Well worth the money spent . Couldn't find the last bus departure times from each stop on the app ... but that may be our problem. This was our third Big Bus experience previously used in Paris and London. Will definitely use again in the next country we visit! :-)
