Royal Palace of Madrid Skip-the-Line Tickets

The skip-the-line tickets worked exact the way they should. We walked right into the Royal Palace when we arrived. The palace itself was amazing.

A great place to visit. Tickets were easy to purchase and jumping the queue definitely worthwhile. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was very cooperative in finding the best solution for us since our reservation the day before was overbooked.

The meeting up instructions were clear, but it was a big group and took a while to get everyone checked off. Some people were late checking in and this held up everything. The palace was very crowded and it took half an hour to get through the security check and to issue the earpieces and get them to work. The tour was very rushed and we didn't really get time to study the rooms we were walking through. The commentary through the earpieces was very patchy. The guide was good but the transmission kept cutting out. Disappointed with the whole experience.

No lines , I entered exactly at the time indicated( At the Prado, despite the skip-the-line tickets I had to wait over an hour). The Palace is wonderful, not to be missed at all.

There are no wire cutters. We had to queue like everyone else with tickets. In France, a line cutter allows everyone with or without a ticket to pass through. What's more, we had to stand in an extra queue to leave our rucksack and then do it again to get it back. The audio guides are not in French and not available on the phone. This makes it very difficult to interest children who don't speak the language.

It was okay, nothing special. The audio guide given to us (at a fee) was not even charged so the battery died halfway through. Also, for "skip-the-line tickets", we had to wait in a line for 45 minutes.

Excellent tour and our guide was very knowledgeable. Being a part of a small group allows us to see more of the palace quicker. Our guide kept us on time and spoke excellent English.

It was easy to book the ticket. It was however not necessary to show ID, so that was misleading information. There was mention of a redemption point. It was easier to say to enter using the ditections for Visitors with tickets. Liked the visit to the Palace, it was a nice exhibition with very detailed exhibitions.

Quick entrance to the Royal Palace. We had our tickets on our phone, which was no problem at all. Very handy if you don't want to wait hours to buy tickets on the spot. I'd definitely recommend it!

The afternoon tour of the Palace was led by guide Xavier, who was very informative and entertaining. Although there were a lot of crowds he skilfully led us through 28 of the magnificent rooms enabling us to admire them fully. We learned a lot more than if we had gone on our own.

Wonderful place. I was enchanted by the majesty of the royal rooms imagining the history that reigns inside this immense palace. Thank you madrid

Sympathetic, competent guide. He told the historical information in a very inspiring and exciting way. The palace and its history in its historical context is super interesting. The highlight was the throne room.

The guide was late and most importantly why do you even organise back to back tour with your guides? Do you not expect them to take a toilet break? I think for back to back tours, you should have different guides. If they guide lie and her reason of being late wasn't the last tour having too many people, that would even be worse. The operation centre should send out email to customer for a guide being late. Not everyone has SIM card to call you

Guide was efficient and was very knowledgeable. My only criticism would be the actual initial meeting place. The email and the map said to meet by the Opera metro exit but the guide was outside Starbucks, some 50 metres away over a very busy square, consequently there was some confusion, not a good start. This needs to be recitified.

the interior of the palace is superb; I recommend a group guide or a very practical video audio guide. The tour is complete and can be done at your own pace.

It was awesome. The stadium was exceptional and freaking huge. You could see pretty clearly from almost everywhere. And the museum was majestic, the history of the greatest team of all time, the super balloon o' dor of Alfredo Di Stefano,all outstanding. The website also very elaborating. IT'S NOT FAKE. It is preferred by Google.
