The ticket purchase experience using the Headout app on my cell phone was fine, the designated meeting place for the tour was easy to find, and the guide spoke excellent English using our whisper ear headsets to easily hear her remarks as we toured the palace. I enjoyed the tour and thought the guide did an excellent job.

The Royal Palace is rich and lavish, beautiful to visit. I suggest everyone skip the line tickets because there was a very long line for those who purchased them on site

Powercut in Spain on 28th April meant our train from Murcia did not leave the station. The subsequent Internet and mobile phone network prevented notification. Whilst we travelled to Madrid on 29th April by train we arrived too late to be able to take a tour of the palace. Not really Headout's fault but the train operator and rail company both automatically refunded costs.

The guide Maria was EXCELLENT, very good and helpful.
However, in the ticket email the address was P Isabel II and the meeting for the guided tour was at P Carlos III.
Different addresses, which meant we almost missed the tour. That was very bad.
