The so called "ticket" looked like a long letter - nothing like something to scan, like a QR code or barcode. I was left very uncertain if I could gain admission to Taronga Zoo. The admission gate at the Zoo agreed it was strange and they needed to photograph the document to record it. Also your App is extremely annoying. More like a long long advertisement than a place where I could simply go to download my "ticket". Waste of time wading through ads. Also had a bad experience in Tokyo with your App - it offered a deal with TWO tourist attractions that were presented as a discount for attending nearby attractions. They were a $25 taxi fare apart. A lousy "bargain" or discount - quite misleading. I'll avoid Headout in future.
