City Sightseeing: 1-Day or 24/48/72-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Rome

It was easy to get the voucher online and then change it to a ticket at the bus. As always the bus ride around to see everything first and then going to the stops we wanted works well.

I have used these buses in other cities and you get a lot closer to attractions then here. Audio was not working or had issues with sound in many seats.

We visited the most important places and we didn't have to rush, we picked another bus when were done and continued to our next next.

The possibility of approaching the most visited places en route, with a self-guide and without having to organize buses, stops, prices, etc. on your own is a good way to get to know the most important places in the area.

You have to show the voucher directly on the bus to turn it into a ticket for the tour. You can take 3 different buses with the same ticket. Very useful discount!

We were not informed that there was earphones to collect when entering the bus for the guided tour. Because of this we missed the commentary on the first 2 attractions which wasn't great.

Information and route. Availability, frequency and pick up points. Different commentary on 2nd lap. Bouncy commentary style was annoying.

I liked that we can sit & relax & enjoy the most important places in Rome not getting tired- this is especially important, traveling with kid.

Nel tour della mattina purtroppo per colpa della Maratona il bus ha saltato 3 fermate che abbiamo recuperato il pomeriggio. Per il resto tutto bene.

The ease and comfort of the bus. Locations were easy to find and well placed. Wish we could have gotten a closer location to Vatican City but we understand since Covid the rules have changed. One small detail though. The audio speaks VERY quickly in English , then we were blasted by the same music until the next stop , there seemed to be enough time for a bit more detail of the area and slower speech instead of music.our hosts were polite and very helpful, bus was clean as well. Will book again and again and highly recommend. Gracie

I purchased a 48 hour tour and have used city Sightseeing on many occasions, but this time my experience was particularly unsatisfactory and I only managed to use 1/2 a day. The drivers and staff were excellent, however the people selling tickets were particularly unhelpful, all cheery until I said I had an online ticket and asked for help with locating a bus stop where upon they were unhelpful, vague and in a couple of cases downright rude advising they didn't speak English or waving vaguely in any direction or just shrugging their shoulders saying I don't know over there. Consequently I do not feel I had value for money which is very disappointing. I eventually stumbled across a bus stop halfway through the second day and everyone was helpful This was just not the experience I was expecting or have previously been used to

My experience was amazing, I definitely recommend the hop-on hop-off tour bus to anyone, the bus was always on time, all the drivers were very friendly, the bus was clean, there were visible stop signs everywhere (just follow the right color), and the explanation of the city and cultural places was provided in multiple languages. After all, they provided a great service. Thank you headout for helping me to make my trip an amazing experience.

The 24 HR hop on hop off was ideal for us were able to get on during the day when the sun was so strong. It was too warm to be walking around we could still see the sights without wasting time. Very flexible and convenient

It has been mb and of the 3 buses there are better explanations and listened better, I think they could try to put 2 more stops to not be so far from the tourist sites, otherwise mb and friendly.

The bus broke down in the middle of our tour, which is understandable, busses break. But we were offered no concessions or alternative transport other than "walk to the next stop." There was an excessive heat warning yesterday which is personally why we opted for a covered bus rather than walking, and after learning only upon boarding that the interior a/c on the bus was broken this was not pleasant. We ended up having to Uber back to our transportation. It wasn't a day ruined but it was definitely disappointing and frustrating. Also the seats on the bus are wildly uncomfortable.

We didn't want to walk to much around Rome so taking the bus was great , giving us the opportunity to get off when we chose to wander around n we didn't join the long ques of people to go inside as we found enough info n pictures describing what we would have seen. We used all three buses the red to do the full circuit first the yellow to do a different area and the big bus to get back to where we started. Great day out thanks.

I think buses could run until a little later in the evening. Especially during spring and summer time
