the welcome card enabled us to see Berlin without any problems. We could use the metro, bus and train without having to look for our ticket every time. There were no checkpoints like in Paris, for example, which was very pleasant. For a week we didn't see a single checkpoint? BRAVO!!!

We only used the welcome card to get around Berlin on public transportation, which went super smoothly. We went for a 2-hour walking tour of the Third Reich and the cold war in Berlin, in the afternoon we did a boat trip on the Spree and saw the city from the other side and in the evening we enjoyed a concert at the Uber Arena. Public transportation in Berlin is top notch and easy to get around the city and its outskirts smoothly.

We enjoyed using the welcome tickets as it made using buses and trains very easy no nquering for tickets. Also we used it to access musuems and galleries. The only think was that I had difficulty in getting the tickets forwarded to me in the first place. I did a chat line anad was able to receive the tickets before heading to Berlin. The email that I had been using to Amanada and Emily did n ot reply to me until 8 Ocober which was 2 days after we arrived in Berlin. I had paid for the tickets but could n ot get them by email for some reason, thus the chat line which sorted things out.

With the Berlin Welcome Card we were able to travel with both bus, U-Bahn and S-Bahn all around the city centre efficiently, knowing that we always had a valid ticket in hand -no stress!🤗 We were able to visit all the attractions we had planned in just 3 days and even got discount on some of the entrance tickets. Buses 100, 200 and 300 gives a good view of the city centre while the feet get some rest. Berlin is great!🤩

Calling up the ticket was a bit awkward and time-consuming (iPhone 14). However, I then saved it as a screenshot. Perhaps a download option (to the wallet?) would be useful, then it would be quicker. However, this is complaining on a high level. The order worked very well and the app is otherwise very clear. I'll be back next time Regards

It was very easy to get around Berlin without having to purchase and validate public transport tickets. As the public transport system is trust-based, there are no turn stiles or barriers to get on board trains, trams or buses. We encountered ticket inspectors quite often, so it is best to have the Berlin Welcome Card ticket QR code on one's phone. Really a hassle free way to get around Berlin.

I purchased a 3 day Berlin Welcome Card. I first used it to travel from Berlin Airport to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. A Train Conductor went through the train checking tickets. I had mine on my mobile - absolutely no hassle. NB:You don't need to validate the Berlin Welcome Card ticket. I then used the card over the next 2 days throughout Berlin and as far as Potsdam on various forms of public transport. I received substantial discounts at the Barberini Museum in Potsdam and the Berlin TV Tower Observation Deck along with other museums. The convenience was fantastic because you don't have to keep buying separate tickets for each trip. It paid for itself in no time. I'd thoroughly recommend buying it online before you arrive in Berlin. Just put the dates you intend to travel. it was easy to buy and the ticket was emailed to me immediately.

The all inclusive public transport is great. But you can get that on it's own. The Berlin welcome card part was useless. Website is horrible, it's impossible to easily figure out what's included, the paged interface makes it impossible to search, and the way it's indicated is very confusing. In the end we didn't get any price reduction in the places we visited

We only used the Berlin WelcomeCard for public transportation and it is well worth its price. Surely many of the sights are a short distance apart so you would spend a lot of time walking. With public transport this is just a bit faster. We mostly took the bus, but also the S-bahn or U-bahn. We used google maps to find the right connections and they are very accurate. We booked tickets for zone ABC because we also did the airport transport by public transport as well as a visit to Sachsenhausen concentration camp. Just be sure to print out the codes on paper when you buy, because you have to show them at inspection (this only happened once).

I could not find any indication on the website of the procedure to activate the card. At the airport there is no obliterator. At the train station neither. I even asked a policeman and he didn't know anything about it. In the hotel they didn't even know about it. On your website it does not say anything about it. I spent three days using public transportation with the fear of being stopped and fined--in a foreign country. Really bad experience

I am still waiting on a response and a refund for the ticket I purchased for my 12yr old son which we did not need in Berlin. We arrived in Berlin and went straight to the Berlin Welcome Desk where the staff said I should request a refund as my son did not require a Berlin Card to travel or get into venues because of his age. I contacted Headout immediately by phone and email before we used the cards or activated them. I was sent a response that you were looking into it but no one has resolved the issue despite a number of follow ups. You failed to make it clear that children under a certain age do need the card. I cannot understand why it has not been resolved already, this is a straight forward refund situation.

We were able to use our Welcome pass on the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and buses. We had been told to validate our passes before our first journey but there does not seem to be any way to validate a paper copy with the barcode. The only time our pass was checked was on our way to the airport on the FEX!

It was super convenient to have the Berlin Welcome card and not have to think about buying tickets to public transport. BUT and this is a huge BUT - having to print the tickets is a bit ridiculous and the information about that is confusing. In the app it says that the tickets are electronic, no need to print. Somewhere in the email or further down in the app, don't remember, it then says that you have to print your Berlin Welcome Cards. In 2024!!! Who even thinks of that. Fortunately, the hotel receptionist was super helpful and printed my cards for me. But a) this needs to be stated much more clearly after you purchase b) you need to consider removing this requirement altogether.

Didn't have to worry about expiry time or going out of Zones A and B (I had C too, to cover the airport, so went on a little day trip outside Berlin too). Can be used for any means of transport, which is so useful. I didn't actually get to use the discounts for museums and restaurants, but that would have been a great added bonus if I had.

The official website forces you to enter a start date for the arrival. It's big and bold. The Headout website auto enters the default date of same or next day in a small box. I didn't even notice so bought a ticket with start date next day when I'm not arriving till after that ticket is expired. I didn't know online tickets validation is not by machine but when you buy ticket. Support staff said they would offer me 25% discount on future bookings. When I replied that I would take the offer they did not get back to me even after an additional message from me questioning what was happening

Great and uncomplicated. Once we needed a connecting ticket for the area outside ABC (Bestensee). We only found out how to buy such a ticket with the help of locals and then booked it online for a station via the VBB. It would be useful if this was indicated at some point. We also didn't find out how to book a discounted online ticket for admissions, e.g. for the Berlin Zoo. Otherwise everything was great!

Punctuality and frequency of public transportation really excellent. Dynamic, youthful, orderly and disciplined city. Prices not exactly cheap, but still related to the excellent quality of the city. The tragic memory of World War 2 dominates, and there are many points of interest where one can learn and deepen one's knowledge. Prices for visits to museums and cultural centers are good and good is the offer one receives.

Egy jegy érvényességét nem sikerült a kértnek megfelelően megoldani. Reggel 8:00 tól kértem az érvényességet 21:30 tól kaptam. Nyilván hiába mutattam, hogy én 8:00-tól kértem, azt mondták 21:30-tól érvénye, ez van a jegyen. Másik jegyet kellett vennem. Hiába leveleztem 2 hónapon keresztül, csak sok igéretet kaptam, megoldás nem történt. Lerázós duma volt bőven.

How uncomplicated and fast you could move through the city and you didn't have to worry about a ticket. The validity for Potsdam and Sachsenhausen was also practical. The added bonus of the trips is really pleasant and beneficial, with no stress about tickets or timetables. On the other hand, despite the discounts, the visits are still very expensive, and we couldn't do everything we wanted to because the budget was too high... It's a shame, Berlin really is a great place, but the prices need to be reviewed or more discounts offered: my card has just about paid for itself....

Nicht darüber nachdenken zu müssen, in welchen Bus oder S Bahn oder U-Bahn man einsteigt. Einzig Der Flughafen Express Bus BER 2 ist Zuschlagspflichtig das sollte irgendwo vorab ersichtlich sein. Ansonsten ist das Ticket echt gut.

Ich habe vor Ankunft in Berlin mir das Ticket online gekauft. Damit ich direkt bei meiner Ankunft die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen kann. Nach dem online Kauf würde darauf hingewiesen, dass das Ticket kein gültiges Ticket für den Nahverkehr. Es ist eine Art Gutschein,mit dem Gutschein muss man zu einer Tourist-Info. Wo man dann die Fahrkarte bekommt. Das ist unsinnig für mich. Ich musste mir eine Fahrkarte kaufen,um zu der Touristeninformation zu fahren. Obwohl ich doch extra schon von zu Hause eine gültige Fahrkarte erwerben wollte. Ansonsten war ich zufrieden mit der Welcome-Card. Es hat mir gefallen das mein Sohn mitfahren konnte. Ermäßigungen beim Eintritt haben wir auch genutzt. Das war gut. Schlecht war. Das bei Schloß Sancsossi nur für das Kombi-Ticket die Ermächtigung gilt. Mit einem 8jährigen Kind, ist es nicht zu schaffen sich alles in Sancsossi anzusehen. Eine Ermäßigung nur für das Schloss wäre schön gewesen.

Alles hat hervorragend mit dem Ticket geklappt! Nur beim Einlösen der Tickets am Berliner Hbf sind wir an einen etwas unfreundlichen und wenig hilfreichen Mitarbeiter geraten. Der 2. war dann freundlicher.

Das mit dem ausdrucken ist vielleicht in Zeiten von digitalen Möglichkeiten etwas antiquiert. Selbst die Griechen schaffen es, digitale Tickets auszustellen. Vielleicht sollte man darüber mal nachdenken. Service vor Ort war nett. Allerdings noch eine email zu senden, sehr umständlich, wenn man schon eine Bestellnummer hat.
