I Love Rome: 24/48/72-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Rome Tour

We did NOT have the exact locations of the stops, I went to an office that appeared in the email, the information was not clear, it was not indicated that I had to show the voucher online on the bus and that they would give us the tickets there. We lost a lot of time and walked a long way to get to an office that did not exist... then through customer service I got the explanations. It wouldn't cost anything to put all that more clearly in the email where the tickets are enclosed.

Really pleasant experience. Ideal for those who want to see some of the beauty of this wonderful city and have a few days to do so. The idea of being able to listen with earphones to the description of what you are seeing makes everything much more enjoyable. Highly recommended tour

Good tour, buses every 15 minutes and punctual, very clean and with good audio guide in Spanish. The staff, very friendly. No problems to redeem the Headout voucher. Highly recommended. 100%.

Nice circuit and good audio explanations. Meeting point not very easy to find and not useful as you can go directly to the bus stop.

It was not clear I could exchange my online tickets inside the bus, so we went to them redemption point. Only this part could be better The tour was nice!

I took the guide service in December 2023, and I highly recommend it, it is a 10/10, Alejandro the Spanish-speaking guide, it is very noticeable the knowledge he has of the place, and it gives you excitement to hear the history surrounding such a world heritage site. Without hesitation I would repeat the experience.

I loved the walking tour. Our guide Anna was amazing , she told many things and stories about Rome and the monuments. Also want to thank her cause even if iwas late she waited me. ❤️❤️

Flexibility to get on and off the bus was great. The only downside was that the instructions for redeeming the ticket told us to go to the terminus stop, which was a really long walk from where we were staying, when in fact we could have got on at any stop and redeemed the ticket. A map of the stops in advance would have been useful to know where we could pick up the bus.

There was no information on the website that I had to redeem the tickets on a specific bus station. It was only after I had booked the tickets that I recieved the message with the address where I needed to redeem them. There were no power outlets for charging phones. And I wish there was a faltar way to contact customer service for any questions. What I loved is the punctuality in every bus stop and its very friendly to use.

Friendly helpful staff and clean buses. Detailed commentary in several languages passing all the main sights. Extremely good value . Very impressed.

The explanations of the sights along the tour were informative, exciting and entertaining. I liked that very much. We were only overlooked once at the bus stop, but fortunately we didn't have to wait long for the next bus.

This was our first time using the 'hop on hop off' experience- it was pretty good to be fair The bus stops at your most iconic places without you having to worry about it. But you do have to double check they type of 'hop on hop off' package as some buses (because there are a few) don't all stop at the certain places. One or two of the stops were pretty far from the actual site i.e. the stop for Spanish steps/Vatican and Trevi fountain was about a 15-20min walk (we took about 40mins as we had an elderly with poor mobility). It does come with ear pieces which you can connect directly to the bus for audio information as you travel pass Overall- we enjoyed this service. It was convienient for us- allowed us option to stop and start where we want too. And, if you just want to just sit on a bus and just go for a ride- you can do that too Good value for money in my opinion Gives flexibility and you dont feel that "rush" when partaking in a tour group Tickets to sites/attractions are not included- most are free except for- St Peter's square and Colossium The top deck will definately always be full The wait time (for us) ranged from 15mins to 30mins- our longest was our last stop, at around 530pm which was about a 30min wait- It was simply due to the service coming to an end and not many more buses were around

Enjoyed seeing the historic sites. The information was good but would have liked more. A downside was the traffic and the amount of time sitting at bus stops.

It was our first time in Rome. My husband and I enjoyed the convenience of hop on hop off bus concept. It gave us freedom to visit many sites and explore at our own pace. Highly recommend

Excellent value.. helpful friendly staff.. very detailed and informative ocumentry.. frequent on time buses..We've done hop on hop off buses in lots of cities around the world, this was one of the bes!

Very good experience, it was very useful to choose the option to get off at the stop we wanted and with an elderly person is very useful sometimes down and sometimes not, it was nice to see the city and also listen to the audioguide.muy recimendable

Good value for the money as you see all and stop at all the major sites on a bus and listen to a guide as you go throug town. Issue we had is that timing was not clear. We expected it would start in the morning but this is from point one so the stop we were waiting at was about 40 mins later. Felt like too late in morning. Also, some of the stops are out of the way and a bit hard to find.

Great route and comfy smooth ride with good earphone guide. The instructions to validate the tickets were very confusing and we tried to find the office at the location given in the app, only to find out we didn't need to walk all that way but could just validate the tickets with the team at the bus. Apart from that - would recommend.

We were completely satisfied with the whole experience. It would be good if you offered a 'front of the line' option for the Cistine Chapel as we didn't know the lines would be so long. Otherwise a great tour!
