I Amsterdam City Card: 70+ Attractions

Very great and well thought-out concept, also in connection with the app! The operation and navigation through the city was very easy and relaxed :blush:

I had no idea how to use the app to book tickets for the Rijksmuseum and the Anne Frank tour we went on, and I had no idea we needed to book the Anne Frank House and the Van Gogh Museum so far in advance. (And how would we have done it without actiating our card???) The only thing we were able to use the app for was Moco, the museum of contemporary art .

Some visits with supplements despite the pass, 2 activities not really what we expected: not really a museum, more of a tourist trap and one that included an unscheduled exhibition which prevented us from enjoying the original visit...

I am holland was a great suprise! Was told prior to buying the card that Ann Frank museum was on it but unfortunately was not - but made it up for it with the discounted Heineken experience :)

Senzațional, beautiful, great! The only minus is that the tram and bus code readers scan QR codes with difficulty in phone aplication! The subway ones work perfectly! Thanks!

The Museum Ons' Lieve Heer op Solder was the highlight. Great prepared, great idea with the special theme, super audioguide

I love the fact that I was able to travel all over with just the city card on public transportation. That there was so many museums for free and get a discount on some well known museum and restaurants.

We loved our trip to Amsterdam. Having the I am Amsterdam card made it easy to get around on public transportation and we enjoyed many museums with the card. When we went to the windmills it was great to go through the museum and learn about the history. Plus we enjoyed going into each windmill. It was definitely worth purchasing the I am Amsterdam card.

The convenience of being able to access all the attractions quickly and easily The ability to choose from many proposals and the convenience of traveling on the means only with your cell phone having downloaded the application made very well

Bought Amsterdam I city card before travelling and able to book timed tickets ahead of visit. Easy to use, just show QR code at venues for discounts or free entry and also for travel on trams. Check if what you want to do is covered by the card on the I Amsterdam website and if it is, the card is worth it! We used it on a long weekend for Rijksmuseum, Heineken experience, Blue boat canal tour, Zaanse Schan visit, two food tours, Anne Frank House, Rembrandt's House.

How easy it made everything .. From checking out attractions , museums , canal trips , places to eat and the map of Amsterdam prior to trip ..Once there pre booked entries , travel and locating places in Amsterdam was so accessable via the app .. Thank you !!! Would recommend anyone travelling to Amsterdam to use you , indeed already have done ..

Did the 72hour Amsterdam pass. Staff at Iamsterdam shop absolutely brilliant in getting us sorted. All staff multilingual. Occasional glitch with phone scan reader on public transport but drivers seemed to accept this, so no problem. Zaanse Schans great day out, but website needs updating- wrong info on bus stop ( stop M and not F) and ferry ( highlight of trip was discontinued Sept 2022), but still a great day even by bus.. Also, clearer info on which attractions are included (free) with card. Overall, excellent value and easy to use.

L'expérience était merveilleuse! Le transport en commun était facile à utiliser, la carte offrait de nombreux rabais ! J'aimerais voir plus de musées, comme celui de Van Gogh, ajoutés à la liste des attractions. Amsterdam est une ville très conviviale pour les malvoyants. La carte et la ville étaient très accessibles. Je reviendrai certainement et j'utiliserai la "City Card" ! Amsterdam, j'adore ! ♥️

We really like the fact that having this card encouraged us to get out and actually visit places. It did seem a little expensive though.

The card is very useful and had no problems with it or the support team. Just didn't use it as much as anticipated so more planning needed.

The card helps you organize your days, optimizing your time since public transportation is so efficient and with the card you can use all of it, except those that leave Amsterdam. Not all museums are covered, Anne Frank and Van Gogh are excluded, as is the Royal Palace. It would be nice if it was a pass for everything, maybe even paying a little bit more, so that you can use all the attractions in Amsterdam, without any doubt, do I have to pay for a ticket or a discount here or can I get in without paying for it? This is the one drawback of this card.

My first night on the 7th of September, my card didn't work of the train and metro after I had activated it. So I paid €4 for the first night to take the metro

IAmsterdam excellent value. Do check where you're staying in Amsterdam...our accommodation was not on the tram or metro line, train was great...but cost in time and money.

Very convenient, easy to use. Value for money, covers almost everything. I'd be grateful to recommend it to my family and friends. If the card can be extended to cover the attractions of the whole country, it would be even greater!

The simple handling of the tickets for the canal trip. The scanning in the streetcars was a bit awkward with the cell phone and also some times the check-in and check-out did not work.
