We enjoyed our tour and learned things we hadn't heard on previous visits to SF. Our guide Roger was knowledgeable and good at making sure everyone in the group could hear and understand. He did talk a little too fast sometimes.

We had a great time with our guide, open for curiosity and with a good mix of guiding us and let us enjoy the atmosphere inside.

My experience with head out was stress free, everything fell into place just like the instructions given. We did have difficulty when catching the metro, we were delayed by 10 mins, but as we were heading to Julia's Travel, we met our tour guide and she happily waited for us. Martha was very clear and thorough in giving us all the important points and enough time for photographs. I highly recommend Headout.

Easy to find, it was raining and it was nice to wait inside for our experience to start. Our guide was informative and friendly. My recommendation is book early for us that was key. Nothing to do with guide but one thing was on the "things to bring" it said to bring passport, you do not need it to enter. The entrance is similar to airport security.

I think you should mention that the English speaking tour is really English + Spanish so every sentence was repeated twice. It was cumbersome.

The location.. Burger King was closed and so the entire group of people there were anxious as the guide had not yet reached.. The guide Joseph was knowledgeable, patient and provided lots of information about Sagrada Família and Gaudi.. A very interesting and informative tour in all

The meeting place was incorrect. There were 3 of us that were told to meet at the Picasso Bar. The number on the ticket was able to tell us the correct meeting place. We almost missed our tour.

Roger our guide was well organised and took us through the processes to access the site efficiently. We were a larger group so that made it that bit more challenging but Roger was clearly experienced at handling these situations. He ensured we got to the right areas to see what he was describing and did a fantastic job of highlighting the key points of interest. We are not particularly religious but wanted to see the way Guadi had worked his magic. Roger took us through the journey explaining the reasoning behind how Gaudi's faith had influenced his concept. Our basic knowledge of Christianity worked for the level Roger pitched this at. The Sagrada Familia is a must see attarction made all the better by a guide like Roger to explain key features - Thoroughly recommended!

Our guide was very enthusiastic. And knew how to tell a lot about sagrada de familia. Very impressive and very beautiful. Definitely to come back sometime in the near future.

The Sagrada Familia is a splendor. Technically and symbolically, its gigantism is perfectly executed. Inside and out, you're overwhelmed by the richness, light and atmosphere of the place. We opted for the guided tour in French, without the tower, and were not disappointed. Even our children (aged 6, 8 and 13) loved the guide's explanations. What's more, even though there's a time limit at the start, the guide took the time to explain many things to us, and we didn't feel like we were rushing through the tour. It's also worth noting that we can continue on our own after returning to the interior + basement museum, with no time limit as long as we don't leave the site.

Guadeloupe, our guide, was exquisite! All the interesting information about the Sagrada Familia focusing on Gaudi but also expanding to the rest of the architects and the artists involved, made the whole experience perfect! Also the visit of the tower was great!
