Big Bus: 24/48-Hour Hop-on Hop-off Tour of Singapore

Easy to buy tickets. Didn't realise I could download an app to see real-time tracking (another passenger told us on the bus). This is an awesome function - needs to be promoted more clearly.

The buses were clean. Great commentary although it occasionally went out of sync where we were (I appreciate this is tricky with traffic etc).

The stops should be marked so that you can make sure that you are waiting at the right stop.

We bought a 24 hour ticket. It was raining so sat downstairs but the view was obscured by shading/pattern on the windows which was annoying. Not enough seating downstairs. Very disappointed when the Sun came out and went for a second trip on the top deck but were told this was the last bus, it was only 3PM! 24 hour ticket is very misleading and why is the last bus 3 pm?

Everything was good. Drivers great. Only comment is better instructions to pickup a bus other than at Suncity terminal. We wasted at least 30 minutes trying to find a pickup spot near Temple St. Nice if the applicable bus stops had some markings and/or map more descriptive.

After purchasing the ticket, the site said we had to make our way to Suntech to catch the bus. Luckily, I used to live in Singapore and I knew we could catch bus from nearby bus top.

Unless you get a paper map the online map is very difficult to follow. The driver was too rushed to scan my QR code so we weren't given a paper tucket and oyr ear phones. There is no obvious markings at the bustop to tell you that you are at the right place. Could do with more undercover seating up top given that singapore is so hot.

As is with other place, this is easy way to explore city with Bird's eye view... but it is pretty limited in a very narrow area

I thought I could ride until 9 pm but a ride was not available at night. I would have planned accordingly and not bought the ticket for extended time off I knew that would happen.

Headphones are of poor quality which makes it difficult to understand the guide with the traffic and wind noise. Rather use non disposable headphones that have to be returned to the driver when hopping off. On one bus the aux ports seemed to be damaged. The guide would often lose connection.

Tickets were affordable, the audio tour was insightful. We were given ponchos when it was about to rain. Stopped at every stop. Once we had our tickets, we just needed to flash it to the driver and get on right away; very efficient. We had to switch busses once and they made sure we got on the right bus route.

We got to see all the sites in 2 easy trip . The Red & the Yellow line . It's a great way to get your bearing on a city for future visits on your holiday

Ticketing was simple. Price was very fair. We got on at stop 8 as it was near our hotel. We did the 'loop' without getting off as we were short on time. But the commentary was excellent. We sat upstairs so as to get a better view and despite it being hot and hummid, the forward movement of the bus meant that we had a nice breeze when on the move. We would certainly recommend the bus for getting a brief overview of the City.

As it was my first visit to Singapore, I loved the fa t that this gave me a wonderful overview if the sights, so I could work out where to visit and spend more time

Easy ticketing experience and great tour as always! Very informative and fun- even when it started to rain. Bus was on time, and the tracking via the app was made easy and accurate. You see all of the major sights minus Sentosa, and it's a great and easy way to get around and learn the town :)

Drivers were very professional and helpful. Bus was comfortable. Waits at stops were long. It would help if Hop On signs were posted at the stops. The stops themselves were good and enjoyable. Also, it was stated that I had to start at the initiation point at 9:30 am when that was not the case.

Ticketing was very easy online . One suggestion would be to put a sign up at bus stops for people to know where the Hop on Hop Off bus stops are !
