Discover the world of Sardinian craft beer with a guided tour of the best craft brewery in Perfugas, in the heart of Anglona. Born in the premises of a historic and ancient mill, the brewery combines the charm of local tradition with modern brewing production, with a philosophy that looks at innovation but with solid roots in the territory.
During the experience, you will get to know the plants up close and you will discover how a craft beer is created, delving into the main phases of the production process. The itinerary is designed to let you also discover the raw materials: by closely observing the different types of malt, you will learn to recognize the aromatic characteristics of hops and you will understand how the choice of ingredients profoundly influences the final result.
The visit ends with a tasting of 5 beers produced by the brewery, accompanied by local artisanal cheeses and cold cuts. A journey dedicated to those who want to know or deepen Sardinian craftsmanship through its most original, innovative and locally rooted products.
