• Age rules: Adult pricing applies from 2 years and 1 day, while infants 14 days to under 2 years are complimentary with a paying adult.
• Booking details: Provide full names and flight arrival or departure details when you book this service.
• Drop-off field: For the checkout question on drop-off, enter "Exit" or your hotel name if you booked an airport transfer.
• Flight delays: You do not need to call if your flight is delayed, as the team monitors flight schedules.
• Flight changes: If your flight number changes, you must notify the provider at least 4 hours before your original arrival time.
• Arrival card help: If you have not completed the TDA online, your guide can assist you on arrival before the fast-track area.
• Operator contact: I Asia Thailand will contact you after booking, so ensure your contact details are correct.
• If not contacted: If you are not contacted, you should call the provider or email them before you travel.
• Short-notice bookings: Bookings within 48 hours of arrival depend on airport capacity and may not be accepted.
