Nosso guia Lee foi excelente e profissional. Nós nos sentimos muito confortáveis sob seus cuidados durante nossa viagem. Lee também foi muito receptivo e manteve contato conosco por mensagem de texto durante toda a viagem. Tivemos um encontro rude com uma representante da Gogoday enquanto procurávamos por Lee. Quando perguntamos qual era o nome dela, ela respondeu de forma grosseira que eu não precisava saber o nome dela e que era só procurar meu nome na lista na folha dela. A lista continha inglês e idiomas estrangeiros, o que não facilitava a leitura. Quando perguntei educadamente seu nome novamente para ver se era Lee, ela gritou: 'Você não precisa saber meu nome! Seria mais fácil se todos os representantes usassem crachás para identificação. Esperamos 45 minutos no carro enquanto estávamos na fila para Owakudani, o que não prevíamos. Essa experiência foi cansativa. Gostamos muito do onsen, mas havia muitas pessoas ao mesmo tempo, o que diminuiu a experiência. As informações fornecidas eram muito claras, o que nos permitiu encontrar o ponto de encontro a tempo. O horário do pacote e o tempo dado para cada ponto de paragem são suficientemente bons para eu explorar os locais. O meu guia Danny Tian é muito prestável e certifica-se de que todos sabem o ponto de encontro e envia-me uma mensagem de texto a dizer se estou bem ou se me perdi. E o dinheiro vale a pena.
