Important Information

• Guests must visit Desaru Coast within 3 months of the purchase date to receive and activate their purchased Splash Pass.

• Guests must bring acceptable identification (e.g., Mykad, Passport, or utility bills) to obtain their Splash Pass.

• Desaru Coast reserves the right to deny activation of Splash Pass if no proof is shown of residency.

• The Splash Pass is valid for 12 months from the date it is activated, provided it is within 3 months from the date of purchase.

• The park is closed on Tuesdays except for public holidays and Malaysian school holidays.

• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women.

• You are not allowed to re-enter the waterpark once you leave the exit.

• Please note that you are requested to wear swimwear or appropriate outfits for safety purposes. Swim diapers are required for infants.

• Shower facilities are available in the park.

• Locker rent facilities and towels are subject to availability and with an additional cost.

• Guests are recommended to bring their own towel. Towels are also available for purchase at the retail store should you require one.

Timings

• Wed to Mon: 10am to 6pm (last entry at 5pm)

• Note that the rides and attractions within the park end 15 minutes before the closing time, i.e. at 5:45 pm.

• Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at the ticket redemption point
