Foi muito fácil comprar os ingressos pela internet. Até alguém de mais idade como eu conseguiu se virar tranquilamente. As informações de apoio fornecidas foram excelentes. O museu em si é de tirar o fôlego, desde o momento em que entramos. A arquitetura era inacreditável e a ornamentação riquíssima, deslumbrante. Cada uma das salas, fosse de arte, história tcheca ou história mundial, era muito bem pensada e apresentada, e cada exposição nos puxava para a seguinte. Nossa visita ficará na lembrança como parte de uma viagem memorável à linda cidade de Praga. Vale ressaltar que o museu também teve um excelente custo-benefício.

Visitar o Museu Nacional de Praga é imperdível se você se interessa pela história do mundo vivo, incluindo a humanidade. Espécimes raros e magníficos capturam a imaginação, despertando admiração por tudo o que se vê. A sala dos minerais por si só já vale muito a pena!!!! E para aproveitar as salas do museu por mais tempo, é preciso comprar os ingressos com antecedência. É muito conveniente evitar a fila da bilheteria. ...

O Museu Nacional é absolutamente incrível. Entrada escaneada super fácil, funcionários simpáticos tirando todas as dúvidas, e exposições interessantes e lindas tornaram o nosso dia no museu fantástico. Pegar a passagem para o novo prédio só somou à nossa experiência completa e emocionante nesta instituição de primeira.

Lindo museu sobre a história tcheca, artefatos antigos, depois a evolução humana, os animais e explicações sobre a pré-história, com réplicas quase perfeitas e também peças reais. Provavelmente a maior e mais bela coleção de minerais que já vi na minha vida, simplesmente fantástico.

O Museu Nacional de Praga é um dos melhores museus de história natural do mundo. Nós adoramos as exposições. Usar o Headout para comprar os ingressos foi fácil e nos poupou de esperar em uma fila bem grande, mesmo já estando lá quando o museu abriu às 10h.

O museu foi ótimo, mas comprar ingressos pela Headout causou muita ansiedade, pois eles não chegaram imediatamente e havia a indicação de que poderia levar até 2 horas, enquanto eu já estava na entrada do museu.

Getting started

Present your e-ticket, printed or on your mobile phone, at the Prague National Museum complex. After security, leave any backpacks or luggage larger than 40 × 30 × 20 cm and umbrellas in the cloakroom before moving into the exhibition areas. If needed, you can request golf carts, walkers, or wheelchairs at no extra cost.

What to expect

Prague National Museum complex

Your ticket covers the Museum Complex, with access to current and long-term exhibitions across the Historical Building and New Building, except the Czech Press Photo exhibition and Children's Museum.

With the Tickets + Old and New Town Audio Guide option, you receive an Old and New Town audio guide in 8 languages, letting you explore central Prague independently. You can listen as you walk, matching commentary to landmarks in Old Town and New Town at your own pace.

With the Tickets + English Guided Tour of Old and New Town option, you join a guided tour of Old and New Town in English. A guide leads you through the two districts while sharing context, so your time in the city connects to what you have seen inside the museum.

Both Old and New Town options include the same access inside the Prague National Museum complex as the base ticket, along with non-commercial photography without flash or tripod, and use of the free cloakroom, golf carts, walkers, and wheelchairs.

What to bring

Tickets: Bring your e-tickets printed or stored on your mobile phone for entry.

Disability ID or cards: Carry valid disability or membership cards if you plan to use free admission.

Accessibility

Wheelchair access: The Museum Complex is wheelchair accessible, except for the dome and upper floors of the Children's Museum.

Disabled parking: Disabled parking is in the Historical Building basement, with reservation at least 1 working day in advance.

Mobility aids: You can borrow golf carts, walkers, and wheelchairs for free at the museum.

What's not allowed

Children's Museum access: Your ticket does not include entry to the Children's Museum or Czech Press Photo exhibition.

Pushchairs in Children's Museum: You cannot enter the Children's Museum with a pushchair.

Large items inside: You cannot take backpacks or luggage over 40 × 30 × 20 cm or umbrellas into the exhibitions.

Additional information

Ticket validity: Your e-ticket is valid for 30 days from purchase for a one-time entry.

Building capacity: If the building is full, access is paused and waits are usually 30–45 minutes.

Family facilities: Changing tables are in all restrooms and a Kids' Corner is on the 4th floor of the New Building.

Children's Museum rules: It is intended for children 4+ and under-15s must be accompanied by an adult.

Pushchair entrance: With a pushchair, you must use the entrance to the New Building.
