Grindelwald Full Day Beginner Ski Package from Interlaken

The experience overall was ok. Except for one thing that was a downer. The instructor, Allan, made an inappropriate joke at my wife when she was having difficulty keeping her balance on the skis. He basically said she was drunk, which immediately made her want to stop the experience. When he noticed she had stopped, clearly bothered by his joke, he made yet another joke, like "so you're just gonna stand there, huh." What an idiot!!!! Highly unprofessional and disrespectful. He nearly ruined the day. Instead of supporting her and giving incentives, he discouraged her and we stopped skiing 2h before the experience was over. Besides that, they say you have groups of max 5 people. We had at least 15 people, and later the same instructor took 3 people that were skiing better for more exclusive and personal lessons. The other instructor, however, was very helpful and nice. But Allan was a real dickhead! I do not recommend group lessons if you do not know anything about skiing, a personal instructor would be a lot better.
