With this exclusive experience, you can count on making memories for a lifetime. Get up close and personal as you step into a pool of mud along with the elephants. Romping around in mud not only cools the elephants down but also provides a protective layer to shield their body from the sun’s harmful rays. Not to mention, it also provides relief from insect bites. After rolling around in the mud, head to the river nearby to wash off the mud and splash around. Through your time you will learn fascinating things about these majestic creatures from the mahouts. Afterward, visit Bali Zoo and spend quality time interacting with native and exotic species including Sumatran orangutans, bears, African lions, and more! A scrumptious meal later ought to enrich your experience.

Morning Session with Lunch
- 8:30 AM: Hotel pick up to Bali Zoo
- 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Tag and bracelet exchange
- 10:10 AM: Shuttle bus to Sanctoo villa

- Pregnant women and people with disabilities are not allowed to join this activity
- Please indicate any dietary restrictions you might have at the time of booking
- Bring along a bathing suit, sunscreen, insect repellant, walking shoes/sandals, and spare clothes
- Every 28th of the month, Elephant mud fun is closed for general cleaning.

Ticket Redemption Details
With Hotel Transfers
- Kindly wait at your hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before your pick up time and display your voucher along with a valid photo ID to your tour driver before departure
- Your pick up time will be reconfirmed in advance. As this will be a shared transfer, please be patient in case of any unforeseen delays along the pick-up route
- If you are using Airbnb accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick-up service, you will be picked up from the hotel nearest to your Host’s location
Without Hotel Transfers
- Take a taxi directly to Bali Zoo and present your voucher along with a valid photo ID at the ticketing counter of the zoo
