• Infants under 12 months are not recommended to join this experience due to varying sea conditions.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the tour.
• Snorkeling activities are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be altered or canceled if necessary.
• Passengers must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or special requirements prior to departure.
• Full payment is required to secure your booking.
• Arrive at the specified pick-up location, either Townsville - The Docks or Magnetic Island - Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal, before departure.
• Follow all crew instructions and safety briefings throughout the experience.
