- Restroom access is limited, so ensure you use the facilities before the tour begins.
- No parking is available at the tour meeting point. There are 2 (out of 11 total) main paid parking lots located at Niagara Parkway. Both parking lots are open year-round.
- Parking Lot A is the closest to the Falls and is located right next to the Power Station.
- Parking Lot B is located at the Floral Showhouse.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
- Tip: Nature lovers, stay alert! You might catch a glimpse of a peregrine falcon nesting on the cliffs—these majestic birds dive at speeds over 200 mph!
