Przewodnik (przewodnicy) i kierowca autobusu byli wspaniali! Chambord był absolutnie oszałamiający, choć sam zamek jest w większości pusty, z wyjątkiem sztucznych głów jeleni reprezentujących historię i sprawność łowiecką Franciszka I, nowoczesnych instalacji artystycznych i reprodukcji teatru; pozwala skupić się na samym budynku. Amboise był bardzo fajny, znacznie mniejszy i bardziej domowy, z większą ilością historycznych opowieści w eksponatach w porównaniu do Chambord i kilkoma wyjątkowymi widokami na Loarę; ale miasto może być nawet lepsze niż zamek. Nie będziesz się nudzić, jeśli pominiesz wycieczkę po zamku. Osobiście Orlean był jedyną częścią, bez której mógłbym się obejść. Wizyta w Orleanie koncentrowała się na dwóch miejscach: katedrze i "domu" Jeanne d'Arc. Getting There
By Car:
It is about 2 hours and 15 minutes drive from the center of Paris to Amboise.
By Train:
It is a 2.5- to 3-hour journey to travel by train from Paris to the Royal Castle of Amboise. Please note that it is a 17-minute walk from the train station (Gare d’Amboise) to the castle.
