Ticketing was very easy and fast. We actually bought tickets for the friday before but we weren't able to go that day. The prices were low enough that we happily reprurchased for another day. We were able to get through security and have our tickets scanned in less than 5 minutes. The time and date was great as it wasn't super busy and we could take our time and walk through and enjoy the site at our own pace.

I initially clicked on this booking and it said it included an audio guide however on arrival to the venue we were told it did not have the audio guide included in the ticket which was a shame, especially as travelling in a country with a different language to my own. It seems now I reread the inclusion criteria there was not an audio guide book included but it would be more helpful to outline this clearly on the initial advertisement for the tickets! Or have an option to include an audio guide without the need to upgrade to the tour Otherwise had no concerns with the tickets, they scanned well and got in super speedily which was perfect.

Sainte Chapelle housed relics from the Passion of the Christ acquired by the monarch in the 13th century. These include a piece of the True Cross and the Holy Crown (nearly lost in the early 19th century). The chapel also has breathtakingly beautiful stained-glass windows. See the history of the world up until the arrival of the relics in Paris with 1,113 scenes in total.
