A very good overview of the Ourika valley in one day, the Berber villages, their dwellings and their cuisine. SitiFadma, the village at the end of the valley, is very busy. One group follows another on the ascent, which is no mean feat. Beautiful colors in the waterside restaurants. Oussama, our guide who accompanied us from Marrakech, was very friendly and provided explanations throughout the trip, in both French and English. I recommend this tour for those who want a quick overview of this region.

During the trip, he explained everything in detail, took care of the group, and gave us great recommendations that made all the difference to the tour. A wonderful excursion to the Berber region at the foot of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. A delightful encounter with a Berber family for a tea ceremony, tasting bread, honey, olive oil, and butter; discovering pottery making; meeting with the women's cooperative that produces argan oil; visiting the waterfalls, which are abundant at this time of year; followed by a delicious meal by the river. We had a fantastic time on the Full-Day Ourika Valley, Atlas Mountains and Waterfall Tour from Marrakech. The day was very well organized and offered a great balance between scenery, activity, and relaxation. Our main guide, Oussama, was really nice, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the day, which made the experience even better. The hike to the waterfalls was led by Sufyan, who was also really nice and made the hike enjoyable and easy to follow. This part of the tour was the highlight for us: beautiful views, a pleasant pace, and accessible for most people. Comfortable, sturdy shoes are definitely advisable, but the hike itself is easy and enjoyable. We also visited a women’s cooperative, where we were able to learn about and try argan oil products, which was a very nice and interesting addition to the tour. Lunch by the water was excellent and very atmospheric. Sitting next to the river after the hike was a perfect way to relax and enjoy local food. Overall, this tour is highly recommended if you want to explore beyond Marrakech and experience the natural beauty of the Atlas Mountains and the Ourika Valley.

Pickup details will be sent via email the day before your trip (usually by 5pm), or shortly after booking for last-minute reservations.

If your accommodation is not accessible by car, a nearby meeting point will be arranged.

Please be ready 5-10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.

Drop-off can be at the same pickup point or a different location in Marrakech upon request.

Regular stops for lunch, water, and restrooms are scheduled.

Arrival time back in Marrakech may vary slightly due to traffic or weather conditions.

Reaching waterfalls 2-7 requires additional climbing and is not included in this tour.
