I had zero expectations when I first arrived, but that changed quickly as I started exploring. I was stunned by the authenticity of this exhibition and by the atmosphere created there - the music, the lights and the decorations were perfect. For a moment I felt like I'm a time traveller and I loved the sensation. Oskar Schindler's Factory is a must see attraction when visiting Krakow, especially for those who are passionate about WW II or history in general. I highly recommend it. It's

The exhibition was a very interesting look back at the history of Krakow. The unimaginable suffering of the persecuted and murdered Jews was portrayed very well. I would only have liked more texts and captions in German. We would also have liked to have heard the reports of the contemporary witnesses in German. That should be possible in times of audio guides. Many thanks for the great exhibition

The organisation and communication was very good. The museum was amazing, so much more than expected. The interactive nature of the exhibition really bought to life how Krakow endured the occupation. The information was presented in a very clear and poignant way. Our party were very moved by the visit. A must for visitors to Krakow

Appreciated a lot of excellent information but having been to Auschwitz the previous day had thought this to be a factory museum more focused on Schindler. we booked online having chosen English session but we did not have a guide. When enquired ( as same price as Get your Guide with guide,) we were told not included. Very difficult to try and get round with so many groups monopolising the corridors and areas, could not really get to information easily so ended up leaving a little frustrated.,

We enjoyed our visit. The successive rooms are all very interesting on the history of Krakow during WW2. and what a pleasure not to have to wait to get in thanks to the queue-cutting tickets, as it was very busy.

Really fantastic museum with great insights into Schindler's story as well as the WW2 context in relation to Krakow. The only negative was that the guided tours were quite intrusive for people opting to visit without a guide.
