Highly recommend Schindler’s Factory. The museum is incredibly informative, immersive, and deeply inspiring. It does an excellent job of bringing Kraków’s history during WWII to life in a way that’s engaging and respectful, making it meaningful for both adults and kids. The exhibits pull you in room by room, and you leave with a much stronger understanding of the human stories behind the history. Definitely buy skip-the-line tickets. They were absolutely worth it...especially when we saw long standby lines outside in the cold. It made the experience smoother and allowed us to focus fully on the museum rather than waiting. A powerful and memorable visit that shouldn’t be missed while in Kraków.

The museum visit is extremely interesting and engaging. I recommend taking a guided tour because the guide provides a wealth of information and helps you understand many aspects that would otherwise be difficult to grasp. The ticket delivery system could be improved slightly, as only vouchers are available on the app, and the message from the tour operator informing us that tickets would be delivered at the museum entrance arrived two minutes after the scheduled start time, so we were a little confused when we arrived.

Please note that the ticket sent to you does not allow you to enter: you have to wait for someone on site to give you the paper ticket outside the museum: it seems to me that this was not indicated, or I certainly misread the instructions. The museum is well designed, but unfortunately a victim of its own success. It was very busy during our visit. The nearby Museum of Modern Art may be of interest to the initiated.
    • Skip the lines and learn about the history of the Holocaust and the story of Schindler's efforts to save over 1,100 Jewish lives.

    • Enter Oskar Schindler's office with the symbolic "Survivor's Ark" and learn about how he saved over 1000 lives.

    • Discover the residence of Polish royalty for centuries and the finest collection of art and cultural treasures of Europe on a guided tour of Wawel Royal Castle.

    • Admire the beautiful Italian-styled courtyard, and architectural styles from the medieval, renaissance, and baroque periods.

    • Fun fact: Wawel Castle is said to be haunted by King Sigismund III Vasa's ghost, seen walking the halls of the castle with a sword and a crown. Seeing him is believed to be a sign of good luck!

The museum is really well laid out in chronological order showing the history of Krakow during the period before and during WW2. The guide was very informative and pointed out things we would not have noticed had we done a self guided visit. We asked if we could have extra time at the end of the tour to go back and look at some things in more detail which we were about to do. Definitely recommend this tour

We were on our own as there was no guide available in Italian, but we bought the brochure in Italian which explained everything in great detail. The visit was very useful and very enjoyable.

I really liked it. The only thing I would add is an audio guide in Spanish, since the panels are in English and Polish.
