You will receive physical tickets for both the museum and the Floating Garden Observatory on the day of your visit. Re-entry to the museum is permitted only on the same day; re-entry to the Floating Garden Observatory is not allowed.

Workshops require advance reservation via the official website.

Tickets for the Floating Garden Observatory for children aged 4–12 must be purchased separately on site.

All tickets purchased in a single transaction must be used together and cannot be used separately.

The museum is closed on Tuesdays (or the following weekday if Tuesday is a national holiday), December 30–January 3, and during exhibition change periods.

Admission is free for elementary school students and younger.

The museum shop and Tenku café are available for your visit; purchases are not included in your ticket.

Workshops are available but require advance reservation and may incur additional fees.

The experience is not valid on special business days such as Yodogawa Fireworks Festival days.
