You will receive physical tickets for both the museum and the Floating Garden Observatory on the day of your visit. Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as screenshots and printouts are not accepted.

    • Re-entry to the museum is permitted only on the same day; re-entry to the Floating Garden Observatory is not allowed.

    • Workshops require advance reservation via the official website.

    • Tickets for the Floating Garden Observatory for children aged 4–12 must be purchased separately on site.

    • All tickets purchased in a single transaction must be used together and cannot be used separately.
