The external tour taken by Anna was okay. Not what was expected (I was anticipating more history and knowledge about the external surfaces of Notre Dame - not the environs) but she tried hard and was entertaining. However, the internal tour was ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT. No skip-the-line, no tour and just a QR code with various paragraphs of pre-recorded basic information. I was expecting a tour guide with interesting stories about Notre Dame. This was what I was lead to believe from your website. It did not happen. I intend to post my dissatisfaction on line. VERY Disappointed!!!Johann
