Our guide, Adrian gave us a special and unforgettable experience. We came to the first spot and were so lucky!! Within the first minute, we saw e big stable northern light. He took fotos from us and he eveb helped with the camera settings. Adrian is very friendly, motivated and we enjoyed the time very much! The fireplace in the tipi, the sausage and tea was cosy and good, due to the freezing temperature of -23 defrees. Thank you very much!! I recommend this agency very much!! Hope to get the fotos soon :-)

We didn't see any northern lights, so the advertised photographer service was completely omitted. Nevertheless, we were charged the full price, which we felt was very unfair. If the weather had been very cloudy, a cancellation, postponement or at least a partial refund would have been appropriate. Instead, the excursion went ahead even though it was clear that the chances were very slim. Absolutely no value for money for the price. Very disappointing and not customer-oriented.

Overall, the trip was decent. The highlight was our photographer, Gisel, who was incredibly patient and professional. Despite the freezing cold, she took her time, guided us through the process, and ensured we got amazing Northern Lights pictures. However, our experience with the guide ( who was our driver too) was disappointing. She was inattentive, barely answered our questions, and seemed more interested in entertaining another group. Our package included Finnish storytelling, but unfortunately, she did not share any of it with us. In short, while the photography experience was exceptional, the guiding service fell short of expectations.
