The guides were very friendly and took great photos of us! There was plenty to eat and drink and the atmosphere in the tipis was really great! The icing on the cake was of course the fantastic Northern Lights! It had been raining all day and it was very cloudy. At first we wanted to cancel because we were worried that we wouldn't see the Northern Lights. But it all worked out wonderfully?

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match your booking if requested at pickup.

Dress warmly in layers; winter overalls and boots are provided, but additional thermal clothing, hats, and gloves are recommended.

Have your booking confirmation (digital or printed) ready for pickup and check-in.

What’s not allowed

Unaccompanied children under 12 are not allowed; all children must be accompanied by an adult paying full price.

Pets are not permitted, except registered service animals.

Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not allowed inside vehicles or during group activities.

The tour involves walking on uneven, snowy, or icy terrain in natural settings.

Northern Lights sightings are not guaranteed as they depend on weather conditions and solar activity.

Minimum age for participation is 3 years; infants under 2 join free of charge.

At least 2 people are required for small group tours on weekdays and Saturdays; at least 4 on Sundays and public holidays.

Maximum group size is 8 guests per car for small group tours; large group tours may have more participants.

Be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup; exact departure time is in your confirmation email.

If the Northern Lights are not captured by the photographer, you may join the tour again within 1 week at half price (subject to availability).

Children aged 3–11 must be accompanied by an adult.
