Guiden vår var ekstremt kunnskapsrik og vennlig! Hun lærte oss så mye om Vatikanet og forklarte de viktigste aspektene ved det vi så. Vi slapp de lange køene. Det var lett å finne møtepunktet vårt. Jeg vil sterkt anbefale å bestille med dem. Verdt hver eneste krone!!!Kimberly

Guiden vår var veldig hyggelig og kunnskapsrik. Det jeg ikke likte var at det sto at det var en 2 timers tur og at den skulle starte kl. 8:25, noe den gjorde, men noe av det jeg gledet meg mest til var kuppelbestigningen. Siden beskrivelsen sa 2 timer, følte jeg meg komfortabel med å planlegge en annen tur ved middagstid. Vi sto fortsatt i kø kl. 11:15 for klatringen, og vi måtte gå glipp av det jeg virkelig gledet meg til for å være sikker på at vi rakk neste tur. Jeg vil foreslå i beskrivelsen din at kuppelbestigningen ikke er før på slutten av turen, og at turen kan vare opp mot 3-4 timer. Siden det var et av høydepunktene i turbeskrivelsen din, dro vi tilbake etter den andre turen vår og måtte betale mer for å gjøre kuppelbestigningen.

Vi hadde en uforglemmelig tur. Selv om vi trodde vi hadde bestilt en audiotur, angret vi absolutt ikke på den guidede turen. Alexandra er en veldig entusiastisk guide med omfattende kunnskap om Peterskirken og Vatikanet. Hun snakker veldig godt engelsk! Anbefales også på det varmeste for besøkende som har vært i Peterskirken før!

Dette var min første Headout-opplevelse, og den var A+! Først og fremst var guiden vår, Brigitta, fantastisk! Så mye informasjon og morsomme fakta, hun var også full av humor og morsomme kommentarer, det var så hyggelig! Hun fikk oss virkelig til å føle oss nær Roma, Vatikanet og deres historie. Hun er veldig lett å snakke med, og det betyr mye! Klatringen var ikke vanskelig, hele 551 trinn. Publikum på toppen var stort, men det er det som skjer med store turistiske steder. Turen vår var så mye bedre fordi vi hadde denne dagen i Vatikanet!

Vatican Museums
The Vatican Museums are home to a number of classical sculptures, tapestries, and paintings by Renaissance greats such as Raphael, Caravaggio, Michelangelo, Bernini, and Leonardo da Vinci. A section of the museum is also dedicated to Modern Religious Art. Paintings and sculptures here come from artists such as Vincent van Gogh, Paul Gauguin, Salvador Dalí, and Pablo Picasso. Sistine Chapel

Painted by Michelangelo in a span of 4 years, the frescoes of the Sistine Chapel are considered to be a cornerstone of western art. Important Information
St. Peter's Basilica
- In order to pay your respects, you must abide by the Basilica's dress code. Sleeveless blouses, miniskirts, shorts, and hats are not permitted. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
- It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes as the tour involves a fair amount of walking.
- Expect a considerable wait time as you queue for the security checks. It could take up to an hour during the peak season.
Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel
- Photography is allowed, only without flash. Taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, or live broadcasting of a show is strictly prohibited.
- Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue. You may drop off your bags with the free cloakroom service.
- Pets and other small animals are not allowed in the venue with the exception of guide dogs for differently-abled people.
