    Very friendly helpful staff on the boat and snorkelling was amazing. Speaker system upstairs needs to be updated. Couldn't understand a word but our demonstrator was pretty awesome 👍

    Pleasant boat trip and freedom to do own snorkeling session and we saw fish snd turtles. A bit of organisation problems with change of pier and lunch pickup time not too professional.

    Great day all round, glass bottom boat and Fitzroy Island, seemed to be very well organised. One problem which was resolved by the staff at the Cairns Reef Terminal was that we had purchased lunch and this hadn't been ordered by Headout. the staff at the terminal were able to organise for this to happen. Lucky we had arrived early or we may have missed out!

    Our guide Matt was absolutely brilliant. He was a date devil but without putting anyone in harms way. He was funny and made the afternoon very memorable. Thank you for the great experience. Just wondering about the photos. Don't seem to have received them. Thank you

    Loved the Barron River Rafting. Guide was great & explained everything really well. Met 3 lovely people on the raft. Only thing that could improve is we were waiting on the bus at the meeting stop for 40 minutes.

    The lady at the Kuranda ticket office was brilliant - she patiently sorted out a failed booking via a third party and got us on the train.
