Guiden vår var veldig kunnskapsrik. hyggelig og snakket engelsk veldig bra, og palasset var en fantastisk bygning. Selv om det var veldig travelt, beveget køen seg i en akseptabel hastighet.

Alt i alt var opplevelsen og turen utrolig. Guiden vår var veldig kunnskapsrik og svarte på alle spørsmål pluss selvfølgelig ga oss en fantastisk historisk omvisning rundt eiendommen. Billettene våre var for 4pm og vi måtte parkere nederst på fjellet - vi var sent gitt trafikk, og vi løp praktisk talt for å komme til det angitte stedet på 4pm. Ingen guide var der - vi spurte mange mennesker som til slutt ringte Headout der representanten var veldig hjelpsom, men fortalte oss at guiden vår var "sen" og ikke ville være der før 4:30. Vi fikk endelig øye på ham omtrent på den tiden, og han fortalte oss at bestillingen vår var kl. 17.00. Han tok bilder av billettene våre der det tydelig sto 16:00 - for oss var dette en stor feil, ettersom vi også hadde planer etter denne turen som da ble forsinket. Turen skulle også være 1.5 timer og var litt over 1 time. Følte at vi ble litt forhastet.
