  • The best time to visit museums in London is on weekdays, during the early opening hours or right before closing to avoid long queues. Exclusive night tours are offered by many museums which are also a great way to explore them without the tourist swarms.
  • Most of the museums in London are closed on Christmas (25th December) and operate as usual on New Year's (1st January).

Vi måtte klemme inn British Museum den siste dagen i London. Vi hadde reservert bord for å unngå de lange køene i påskehelgen, og dermed fikk vi tre hele timer til å gå rundt og se på underverkene som finnes på dette fantastiske stedet.

Allerede ved hovedinngangen var hele opplevelsen overveldende. Barna var helt fra seg av begeistring. Vi tok masse bilder med favorittkjendisene våre. Vi kommer definitivt tilbake igjen. Jeg har anbefalt det til så mange av vennene mine som ble fascinert av bildene våre. Fint sted å være!

Det var enkelt å bestille billetten på headout. Var på en mindre utstilling som denne i Amsterdam og elsket den. Så hadde en mor og datter-dag her, noe som var perfekt.

Kunsten og hvordan hvert stykke ble spilt ut. Som i plassert slik at det var lettere å ikke bli overveldet av det. Slik at det ville tvinge deg til å bruke mer tid på å oppleve det. (ved å se på det og lese om det)
