Terminal 3: Ambassador Transit Lounge på Changi lufthavn i Singapore

The staff were so friendly and helpful as we arrived at busy time but they took pity on two mature ladies and we shared a private lounge room with some fellow Aussies. Showers were lovely and so clean and food was well received. Plenty of options. Well worth the money.

I found it to be a quiet and comfortable space to wait for my next connection which was an 8 hour wait. I stayed in the lounge for 5 hours and was able to relax and read. There is food which I didn't have as I wasn't hungry and also soft drinks, tea and coffee. I'm assuming there were alcoholic drinks too but I wasn't interested in that. I would definitely book it again if I have a long connection wait.

We were treated by lovely staff at the reception counter and after a long flight it was great to be able to easily gain access into the lounge. The food was fresh and plentiful with several hot and cold options. Booking a shower was wonderful and highly recommended.

it was exellant.cordial eception and foods are at top notch.but instead of chairs,you can put few double seater,so that guest can relax comfortably,as most of guests come with socks.shiwer is good but needs more heat adjustable than warm water.totally superb

Coming off a 11 hour flight from NZ was the perfect lounge to get refreshed for our further travels to the uk! The food was very good and all the facilities were clean. I highly recommend and would go back again!!

The food selection was excellent, with a good variety of hot meals, snacks, desserts, and beverages that everyone in our family enjoyed. The comfortable seating areas gave us plenty of space to relax together, while the fast Wi-Fi and convenient charging stations were very useful. The shower facilities were spotless, modern, and refreshing, which was especially appreciated after a long flight. Everything was well organized and maintained to a very high standard. Overall, the Ambassador Transit Lounge exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, relaxing environment, and excellent amenities. It made our family layover much more pleasant and stress-free. We highly recommend this lounge to anyone traveling through Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 and will definitely choose it again on our future trips
