Fra Krakow: Auschwitz-Birkenau guidet tur med transport

We took the Auschwitz tour yesterday and, overall, it was a very well-organized experience. We would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by the guides, both during the transportation and at the museum. They were kind, professional, and shared the information with great respect and sensitivity, which is essential in such a historically significant place. We were also impressed by the excellent organization and the smooth coordination between the transportation and the different parts of the museum visit. Everything ran seamlessly, with no unnecessary waiting. The respectful atmosphere throughout the tour was exemplary, and the guides' explanations were clear, thorough, and very informative. However, there was one inconvenience at the end of the tour. We had booked a package that included hotel pick-up and drop-off. The hotel pick-up was perfectly on time and well organized, but the driver who was supposed to take us back to our hotel never showed up. This left us in an uncomfortable situation after a long day, and we ended up having to walk back. Despite this inconvenience, we highly value the quality of the guides and the overall organization of the tour. We hope the company can improve the coordination of the return transportation so that the experience is excellent from start to finish. Without a doubt, we would book with them again.

My visit to Auschwitz was an unforgettable experience that has left a permanent mark on my life. I will never forget the scenes I witnessed or the emotions I felt during the tour. It completely changed my perspective and the way I think about humanity, history, and the importance of remembering the past. It was an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking experience, but I truly believe everyone should visit Auschwitz at least once. Only by remembering these horrors can we help ensure that such crimes are never repeated. The best part of the visit was our guide Przemek. He was an outstanding young man with extensive knowledge and genuine passion. He did everything he could to help us understand what "life" was like in Auschwitz, sharing the history with great respect, compassion, and professionalism. His guidance made this powerful experience even more meaningful. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

La experiencia fue increíble en los dos espacios que visitamos. Auschwitz 1 y 2. Lo único que no me gustó es que avisan un día antes el cambio de horario y además no dan ningún tipo de justificación por el cambio y cuando pregunté a qué se debía el cambio la respuesta fue bastante grosera, diciendo que eso está especificado en la reserva que podía haber cualquier ajuste sin ellos tener ningún tipo de represalias por eso, es decir, no había ningún tipo de devolución ni cambio para con el cliente. Mi reserva era a las nueve de la mañana para iniciar el viaje y me cambiaron a las 6 A.M. tenía que estar en el punto de recogida, lo cual no es un cambio menor. La respuesta debe ser más amable en cuanto a mi pregunta de por qué el cambio. de resto del guía excelente, aunque sentí que las descripciones de los lugares eran un poco repetitivas en los detalles que daba el guía.

The tour was very well planned from start to finish. We needed to be picked up from Krakow Glowny train station which they made very easy by picking us up at the Mercure hotel next door. Important to note that you can leave belongings on the bus when you head into Auschwitz. The tour itself was great, the museum guide Lucas was very knowledgeable and everyone in the group paid the appropriate respect to the site. Recommend bringing a bottle of water and maybe even a rain jacket to take on the tour, as Birkenau in particular has a lot of walking. Didn't take any photos except for this one as we wanted to fully immerse ourselves in understanding the history. This tour is something well worth doing and something every human should do in their lifetime. Thank you!

La visita a Auschwitz-Birkenau fue una experiencia muy impactante, emocionante y difícil de olvidar. Desde el primer momento, el lugar transmite una sensación de respeto y solemnidad muy especial. El guía explicó la historia de forma clara, detallada y muy respetuosa, ayudándonos a comprender mejor todo lo que ocurrió allí y la dimensión de los acontecimientos. Visitar los diferentes espacios y conocer las historias que hay detrás de ellos hace que la experiencia sea todavía más sobrecogedora. Sin duda, es una visita imprescindible para conocer la historia y reflexionar sobre ella. Una experiencia muy dura, pero también muy enriquecedora, que recomiendo totalmente a cualquier persona que visite Cracovia.
