Det var veldig enkelt å bestille og å finne hentestedet. Vi måtte til og med endre datoen på grunn av reiseplanene våre, og det var veldig enkelt å gjøre. Michaela, guiden vår, var veldig informativ. Delfi i seg selv var fantastisk, og jeg er så glad for at vi dro for å oppleve stedet. Vi stoppet i Delfi for å spise lunsj og for å ta bilder i Arachiva. Alt i alt en veldig hyggelig dag.

Prisen med billetten inkludert var svært konkurransedyktig. Jeg vil imidlertid foreslå en tidligere avgang fra Delfi, siden vi bare hadde tid til å se ruinene. Med 30 - 45 minutter ekstra ville vi også ha rukket å se museet, så vi hadde fått minst 3 timer på stedet i stedet for 2 timer.

Dette var en veldig hyggelig tur! Vår guide George var vennlig, punktlig og godt organisert. Kommunikasjonen var utmerket hele veien, og vi følte oss velkomne og avslappede med klare instruksjoner, møtetider og steder. Gruppen var på rundt 40 personer, inkludert barn og personer med behov for hjelpemidler. Bussturen var komfortabel og informativ og tok ca. 2,5 timer hver vei. Selve stedet er fantastisk, godt skiltet og VR-elementet med musikk var superoppslukende. Det foreslåtte lunsjstedet var velsmakende og kostet € 10-20pp.

The Astounding Delphi Archaeological Site
The archaeological site of Delphi is a testament to the modest grandeur of Greek architecture. Visit the sacred Apollo Temple, a building of the Doric order whose sturdy columns have survived the test of time and calamities. The heart of the Sanctuary of Athena Pronaia is the Tholos, a circular temple with columns of the Doric and Corinthian orders lining its diameter. You will be awestruck by the Delphi Theater, which used to serve as a center for music festivals and poetry readings. The arched entrance of the Delphi Stadium will lead you to the massive area where Panhellenic and Pythian games were held, with stone seating for about 6,500 spectators. Take a look at the Castalian Spring, where numerous priests and pilgrims took a bath before visiting the Oracle, and contestants refreshed themselves before games. The Athenian and Siphnian treasuries provided storage for the offerings made to the Oracle, and their friezes are preserved at the Delphi Archaeological Museum.
