• Collect your SIM card by visiting the Tunetalk Traveler Store at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in the arrival area between 6am to 12am.

• The passport holder must be at least 12 years old and needs to present at the Tune Talk kiosk for SIM collection and registration.

• Keep your original passport and visa (if required for travel) on hand for SIM Card redemption.

• Register your SIM card at the time of redemption, but activate it later by inserting it into your phone.

• The SIM card’s validity period starts from the activation date, not the redemption date.
