In het geval dat The Beam gesloten is vanwege extreme weersomstandigheden, krijgen gasten een voucher om op een later tijdstip te bezoeken.

Gasten moeten 52 inch (~132 cm) of langer zijn om alleen op The Beam te mogen rijden. Voor kinderen onder de 1,32 m geldt een minimale lengte van 1,07 m en begeleiding van een volwassene.

Het maximale gewicht voor The Beam is ~136 kg.

Gasten moeten schoenen met dichte tenen of sandalen dragen waarbij de hiel van de balken volledig vastzit. Hoeden, brillen en sjaals en dergelijke moeten goed vastzitten.

Voordat je op The Beam gaat zitten, moeten alle losse persoonlijke bezittingen worden opgeborgen in de opbergvakken naast The Beam.

Je voucher wordt onmiddellijk naar je gemaild.

Zorg dat je 15 minuten voor je geplande bezoek bij het ticket-inwisselpunt aanwezig bent om eventuele vertraging te voorkomen.
