awesome experience in seaworld also we book tickets for snowpark reem mall we enjoyed as premium with food and lockers and glouves also we emtre free park we choose warner brothers we played all games i really love this site for bookings 😍😍😍

Mijn ervaring met headout was klote en de slechtste ervaring van mijn leven. De hulp van het ondersteunend personeel was nutteloos en geen correct antwoord. Er was mij beloofd dat de klantenservice mij zou bellen nadat ik contact had gehad met de lokale serviceprovider, maar dat heb ik nooit ontvangen. Toen ik het ticket boekte werd er vermeld dat het ticket voor seaworld abu dhabi plus nog een yas island park was. Ik ging naar Ferrari World en ze hebben me nooit toegelaten. Ik belde uw leidinggevenden zonder hulp. Ik zal nooit meer headout gebruiken in mijn leven omdat jullie mijn ene vakantiedag hebben verpest. Ik zal al mijn vrienden informeren om deze website nooit te gebruiken en ik zal het ook op Twitter zetten.

Tickets were sent promptly to my email and they were easy to use for entrance at Sea World. However, we did what it said on the ticket and visited Sea World first, after half day there, we went to the mall for a couple of hours and proceeded to the 2nd theme park ‘Warner Brothers’ where at the ticket entry were I for,Ed the ticket was not valid and only valid for SeaWorld. It was rather embarrassing as I had a guest visiting, and had to pay out over 700 AED for tickets to Warner Brothers. Had I known this I would not have bought this ticket through HeadOut and would have just bought tickets to Warner Brothers only. Will only ever buy tickets from the actual place in the future.

I wasn't able to enter Ferrari world, the ticket was not valid. I drived for almsot one and half hours, with my wife and 5 years old kid, in a public holiday day where I can barely take a day off my work, spent another one and half hour waiting the issue to be resolved, but nothing happened. I had to leave beacuse your team didn't even care. Although it's completely on you, the ticket that was generated was not valid, Ferrari World team confirmed this to me and gave me proof, even with all that your team didn't even bother to give me another tickets to resolve the issue. You just dind't want to lose few dirhams to solve an issue that you caused. The funny part is I spent 37mins on the phone with your associate and she said "My Manager will call you in 5mins and resolve this out", but of course no one called back, I had to leave back with my family. Myself, my wife, and my son were disappointeed, and my son thought I lied to him!!! If you think sending new ticket now will resolve the issue, please don't bother it. I lost my vacation day, my time, a family time, I had to drive for almost 3 go and back, I lost moeny for fuel and parking, and the most worse part that i lost my son trust. If you can't even send the right ticket t your customers I suggest you find another business.

They did not allow access to the second park. Said it was for 1 day pass at Sea World only. My youngest son was devastated as we drove through on Friday ( public holiday) to be told it was only access for women, then went back yesterday to be told the ticket was not valid for the park, only Sea World 1 day pass.

By Bus

The closest bus stop is Al Maha St / Gateway Park South 2. It is a quick 2-minute walk to the attraction.
Board buses 216 to get you there.

Shuttle Service

This ticket includes a shuttle service to Yas Island.
The shuttle bus is complimentary, guests are required to present their Ferrari World E-tickets or Vouchers to board the bus.
The shuttle bus operates on a first come first serve basis, no prior reservation is required.
Complimentary WiFi is available on the buses.
Arrival and departure times are approximate due to traffic.
