Important Information

• Once you receive the ticket, please secure your preferred date and timeslot in advance before visiting the parks from the below link here.

• Upon confirmation of date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued.

• Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from the above-selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability.

• Identification may be required upon redemption.

• ATMs, lockers, nursing stations, and prayer rooms are available at the venue. The locker costs SGD 5 for the first three hours, following which a 1 SGD fee will be levied for each hour.

• Strollers, wheelchairs, and mobility scooters are present at the venue for children and guests with impaired movement.

• Strollers can be rented at a 15 SGD fee while the cost of renting a mobility scooter is SGD 20 for the first three hours and an additional 5 SGD for every subsequent hour. Wheelchairs are free of charge.

• Minimum height requirement for the Amazon River Quest experience is 106cm.

• Exit and re-enter the park on the same day during operation hours.

Timings

• Amazon River Quest will close at 6pm (Last ride at 6pm, first come-first served basis)

• Amazonia Encounter will close at 6pm

• Giant Panda Forest will close at 6:15 pm

• You will get an email with your River Wonders voucher shortly.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile device at the ticket redemption point.

• Kindly ensure that you arrive 20 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid any delays.
