s Nachts was het gietweer. We keken er echt naar uit om de nachtdieren te zien, maar het regende zo hard dat we er niet bij konden zijn. Ik heb geprobeerd de dierentuin te bellen, maar niemand reageerde nadat ik berichten had achtergelaten om te vragen of het nog doorging als het stortregende, maar helaas reageerde niemand. Het liefst zou ik een volledige terugbetaling willen.

Confusing booking, downloading tickets, when the events were taking place. We had delay getting into the night safari and missed completely the River experience. Waste of time, money and effort

I book safari nigh and river wonder for 5 person. I received the ticket but to be able to download the ticket i need to input the booking code and verification code through the link you send, but i did not receive booking code and verification code, so i have to email a couple time to ask. On the day they gave me the code but only 9 because there is a double code, i can only download 8 ticket because for the river wonder the 5 o clock spot was finish. So i'm not happy with this experience and asking 1 ticket for refund $88 thank.
